This place is the best!

I order from this Potbelly at least twice a week.

My mom is older and very few foods taste like anything to her. One of a few exceptions? The Chicken Mediterranean! And, if I'm swinging by for her, I HAVE to get something for myself, of course!

I'm a huge fan on the Mediterranean (on regular, add all the extras!). I've tried a couple of soups which have been delish, and recently discovered my new favorite, the chicken salad salad (sub feta).

Regardless of my order, I've been impressed with the taste, quality, and service!

If an error has occured (few and far between), the staff has made it right without making excuses or seeming put out. And, with how often I order and how customized ALL of my orders are, it truly is impressive how accurate they are.

Finally, and for me this is HUGE, staff adheres to mask regulations. As I check in regularly with my 70 year old mom, I take Covid precautions VERY seriously. Not once have I observed staff wearing their masks inappropriately, nor have I ever observed staff practicing unsafe behavior. This in and of itself has kept Potbelly on the top of my take out list throughout the duration of this pandemic. Add incredible food, and I'm a loyal customer!

Please note, I HAVE seen customers being asked to use curbside if they will not adhere to state mandated mask rules. Again, this makes me confident in the safety of staff...

February 11, 2025 update this sandwich original with Italian mayo and no mayonnaise with everything else including the on the panel peppers or whatever they are on the right absolute delicious sandwich I can order the every time I get this and I always add the multigrain bread to it. It’s delicious.

Ted and Colin were excellent employees here great sense of humor hard workers and really dedicated to the store is a pleasure having them serve me with their great skills and entertainment

Jason and his crew provided an excellent service service for my wife’s and I lunch today. Being original customers of the establishment we always like coming here because we always get good service. Ive had enough bad experiences, where i feel the need to finally leave a review. Here i sit in front of the store at 830, website and front door say open til' 9. Literally as i pull up they turned the lights off. Another customer actually just pulled up and left as well. The girls working here are very rude if you walk in anytime really, even more so if it is within an hour of closing. Just the vibe i get and they make me feel awkward a lot because i can tell theyre annoyed they actually have to work some more. And im 100% certain that is the vibe theyre giving off.
