DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDS AN ALLSTATE/SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY! We bought furniture from this Menards almost 2 years ago & paid extra for the warranties. When our recliner broke we filed a claim & after numerous phone calls, it took them 4 months to send someone out to fix it, even though I told them it was not something that is easily fixed. When the repair guy got here he said he couldn't fix it. No surprise there. We got approved for a replacement & after a few more phone calls they sent me 3 options to choose from (none of which were comparable to the chair we originally bought, & the replacement options were from Amazon & Walmart). We chose our replacement & they said it would be shipped in 2-10 business days. After 3 weeks, I called to ask for a delivery date estimate & they said they would email it to me. Instead I received an email saying our options were no longer available & they will be reimbursing us instead. Which, I'll be honest, at this point I just want to be done with this bs. I have literally had to call them every step of the way, it feels like they were hoping I would just forget about it or drop it. I have been dealing with this since July & it's still ongoing.
