Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Bristol Township

This place is a hot mess! I went there on my birthday to pick up a few things for the kids. The staff were arguing about who was going to do what or who was going to get orders out. The front cashier, only cashier was explaining shebhad a huge order and couldn't complete the one from drive through and asked another staff member to do it and explained why. He blatantly said he wasn't going to do it and slammed the order receipt on the counter and walked away. This went on for the entire 25minutes I was there waiting for my order. The order I wanted tonplace that was on their board was no longer an option but they never updated their board. The food was dry, and unappetizing to my kids(I never ate any ) we ended up throwing it out. I thought I would give them a second opportunity..HUGE MISTAKE! I placed an online order, went to pick it up, lobby was closed(4pm) then sat in drive through for another 15min while the guy ahead of me was yelling that he was missing half his order. By the time i got my order it was almost 30min past my pick up time. Chicken was cold, dry, I had more beans than rice in the red beans and rice and the biscuits were rock hard. I can't do it. I won't go there again. The inside of the store if dirty, staff doesn't work well together and it reflects in their product going to the customer. The entire place puts a bad name on the brand. I hate giving out bad reviews..thats why I tried to give it a second try but fool me once shame on you...fool me twice shame on me. No sir.......never ever ever again. Sorry Yorkiville Popeyes but in Taylor Swifts words...we are never ever ever getting...

I cam tonight through the drive-thru and relayed my order. No problem. Made it home and opened my boxes (ordered 2pc large combo) ND all I had was a piece of chicken and biscuit in each box. Where are the fries??? I tried calling the listed number multiple times but it only rings busy. I had to drive all the way back. I get in and the workers who serviced me at the window were talling amongst themselves. The woman who was dressed in an unzipped hoodie and black t-shirt turnes to look at me and I explained what happened. I continued to explain and she scoffed, smirked and walked away dragging her feet AS I WAS STILL SPEAKING. The gentleman with the hazel eyes quickly turned to give me fries and he was kind enough to establish eye contact and apologize. I wasn't offered fresh/warm chicken despite the what 30+min that it took from when I got home to returning to the store to complain. So I made it home with my cold chicken and warm fries. I told the second worker thank you and he was kind but she was rude. If she doesn't like handling customer complaints she should not work in the hospitality field. Be courteous and respectful to your customers! Her behavior was insulting and disrespectful. Do your job right and there won't be complaints! Thank you to the gentleman who was compassionate, but the other worker needs some coaching and retraining in respect and customer service. Your store makes a mistake you do not scoff, smirk and walk away. You fix...

The Food was horrible. Absolutely horrible. I came front out of town. Had been on the rode for hours. Got to my hotel and all I wanted to do was eat and sleep. So I went to Popeyes around 11:30pm. Now granted it's late and they were closing soon. But when I say the food was disappointing that's an understatement. The food was gross at best. Fries freezing. The Chicken was all skin. Barely any meat under the skin. Did I say cold. Flavorless. All skin. Once I pulled the skin off. Because it was so greasy and disgusting .vthe chicken underneath was almost non-existent. The chicken wing was almost invisible in the box because it was so small. I ate what I could. Only because I was so hungry from being on the road for hours and hours. Plus nothing else was open. I hadn't had Popeyes in years. I would never eat from this one again. At this point I think they have ruined it for all Popeyes. Not sure if I'll eat from any of them again. One bad cook spoils the broth as they say. In this case it was definitely true. Also, to confirm the other people comments. They are speaking the truth. Called the next morning to get a refund or replacement meal. No one ever answered up the phone. I never write reviews. But the food was so flavorless, cold and just plain gross. That I felt compeled to write one today. Thank for nothing Popeyes. And to think paid $14 to go...
