HORRIBLE! just don’t. Save yourself pain and money. Absolutely horrible experience. The nail techs did not know what they were doing. My tech cut the side of my pinky finger, in an area not even around the nail. My toenails hurt on the sides because they do not know how to cut a nail, they are all in different shapes. The techs were so rough. They filed the nails like if we were animals. No gentle at all. They did not stop when we say NO MORE. They continue hurting us. My mom’s toenail was hurt so badly. The place looks nice but is dirty, very dirty. They charge without asking you first. I paid $70 for a horrible job. She did not clean my nails around. The nail techs got very upset when we verbalized about our first experience being horrible. When I told the young girl I needed to talk to her manager she said “go to the front I won’t call him” ABSOLUTELY THE WORST IN TULSA SO FAR!!!! Customer service sucks and they just get upset. They don’t accept they don’t know what they’re doing. PERIOD. I went to this place in April 2022. JUST DO NOT GO!

LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!! This place used to be my go-to. I started coming here around when it first opened. However, the past FOUR TIMES I've gone they absolutely did my nails DIRTY. There's many many nail techs here that don't seem to take their jobs seriously and will be horribly lazy with your nails. My last visit, I spent $40 on dip powder + $10 tip (so i dropped FIFTY GD DOLLARS) and the nail tech was rude as ever. She did not soak my nails or perform any cuticle services. She simply applied the dip and then rudely shoved a card reader in front of me. No lotion or cuticle oil. Not to mention the dip she applied is extremely uneven with no uniformity, and the filing job is simply just awful. Literally the dip looks like little pink crooked bubbles on my fingernails. Very unsanitary as well, because she dipped my finger DIRECTLY INTO THE DIP CONTAINER WHERE EVERYONE ELSE'S FINGERS HAVE BEEN. Dipping dozens and dozens of fingers into the same dip container is horrible sanitization and I am lucky I did not contract a nail fungus. And that's just one example but i've got more!!

As well as the rude nail tech that serviced me last time, the time before that I had a gentleman in a button down shirt. I got a shellac manicure. He performed cuticle services and did a complete manicure, but was VERY distracted the entire service. He was squabbling with the tech next to him, shouting a lot, making jokes, and just showing horrible professionalism. The filing job on this manicure was also horrendously lazy. It seemed as if he cut my nails with the clipper and didn't even file them after, leaving my nails very jagged and square looking, with impractical very sharp uneven corners. The shellac was also very dry and goopy, and he gooped it onto my nails anyway. I believe he did not let the shellac cure long enough either, because upon leaving, my nails smudged all over the place.

I've had some wonderful experiences here. Some of the nail techs are very talented. But it seems as time goes on, more and more nail techs are becoming lazy and cutting corners. I've had bad experiences here since I started going and I understand that one bad experience doesn't mean the whole place is bad. However i've tried time and time again and recently I've been getting more misses than hits. Bad experiences and bad manicures should be few and far between, not an every time thing. You all need to go back to whatever quality enforcement method you used when you...

This has been my go to place to get my nails done & after having a baby 6 months ago, I decided to treat myself for my birthday & bring my little girl with me for her first time. We both got shellac manicures & pedicures and the pedicure I purchased was the “Rose Pedicure: Your choice of Fragrances, Salt soak, toenail trim, toenail shaping, exfoliating sugar scrub, callus care, Deep cream massage. Hot stone gentle massage. Hot towel finish. Color of your choice.” Towards the end of my pedicure, I asked if they used the callus shaver there, in which she told me she already used it. There was no evidence of her using it, nor did I ever see her do it. After my pedicure was finished, I asked if mine came with a massage, in which she said she had already done the massage. I told her I was pretty sure she didn’t (that’s the part I look forward to the most,) and she said that I just “didn’t remember it.” I know for a fact she didn’t because I never even received the hot towel or the hot stone massage either - which I also paid for. I basically paid $65 (with shellac) for her to soak my feet, clean my cuticles, and put fresh shellac on. I called and spoke to owner after I left because I felt so gaslit and he told me they would give me a gift card just for the pedicure price ($45) since “everything else was just fine.” I will not be returning & will make sure all of my friends, co workers, and family members know as well so that they don’t waste their money on services that they will pay for but...

Terrible! The owner or manger are rushing his employees to do your nails . He will go on checking on them on their progress while they do their job. My manicure has a lot of bubbles and bumpy. It was so rushed that My feet wasn’t scrub and toe nails wasn’t cleaned around very well. They were doing manicure at the same time with pedicure that will make you uncomfortable. I paid $ 159 with a tip and its not worth it for the service I got. If I can give them a zero stars I will . One star is not even worth of giving them. And the worst thing the owner/ manager is so dishonest that he did not accept my gift card that I got from my birthday . And the owner was so dishonest to tell me that the gift card was used already June 22 , 2022 and I realized that when I was in the car driving home that it’s June 22 today. I know that was a mistake on my part not realizing that the day he told me was today when I was there. If the card was used already why he did not give the gift card back to me. I usually has a place that I usually go to for my nails but I’m willing to try this nail spa so I can use the gift card I’ve got. Well I regret the decision I made of going in this salon. I have a manicure that was badly done plus I got ripped off .Will not go back! Will not not...
