I’ve been here twice within the past year and each time has been horrible. The first time my boyfriend and I went, we had a reservation. We ended up being like 5 minutes late. Since I knew we would be late I called to let them and know and they said no problem. We show up and they gave our table away!! I understand if someone doesn’t keep their reservation but not when I freakin call you!! We let them know we were not happy and were basically told it was our own fault. We went ahead and ate anyways (wish we hadn’t) but then the server had no idea what was on the menu and it took him FOREVER to get our drinks and even longer for our food, which was barely warm. The second time we went was tonight. We walked in and asked if they had a table for 2, which they very clearly had 3 or 4 tables available. Hostess said they didn’t have any tables open then asked if we wanted to sit at the bar. We said no and said we would wait for a table. They took down our name but never told us how long it would be. Then another woman and her two children came in about 15 minutes after we did and they seated them right away.... ARE YOU SERIOUS? You are going to make customers with a party of 2 wait because you only want parties if 3 or 4 at your tables??? Screw this place! We walked out and the hostess just stared at us like a deer in headlights. Yeah ya screwed up girlie. We will NEVER go back to this location. The one at 61st and Sheridan is waaaaaaaaay better. And there are plenty of other sushi restaurants in the area who actually know how to treat customers. (And the music doesn’t bust...

Nice quaint sushi spot located on Main St in the Rose District with average pricing. I visit roughly 4 to 5 times a month. They have a decent menu with good variety, considering it's sushi in Oklahoma. They don't have uni anymore, which is my favorite, but it spoils fast and isn't popular here, so it's understandable. Sashimi portions are not regulated and seem to be determined by whoever is working the sushi bar. The portions are great, don't get me wrong, but sometimes, you get sashimi so big you have to cut it down to a manageable size which takes away from the experience a bit and on occasion I have had to pick pin bones out of a few cuts. Still good though. I recommend the sashimi nine and if you are really hungry, the sashimi eleven. Order it Santos style for a unique twist. House hot saki is good and reasonably priced. They also have a decent chilled saki selection and a full bar. Some servers are very attentive, and some will have you waiting 5 to 10 minutes just to order a water, but overall, decent service and if you sit at the bar top you don't have to wait long at all for service. When sitting at the sushi bar, it feels weird ordering from wait staff instead of the sushi chef, but that seems to be the norm in sushi bars out here. Atmosphere is equal to your average family restaurant. Not really anything amazing or terrible in that regard. Overall a decent spot to enjoy some sushi and a good drink solo, or with...

Tonight (12/28/21) my wife & I ate here. Overall, we were less than impressed. First off & understandably, there was a wait due to short staffing. I believe it was almost 30min before being seated, since the bar was full too. Normally, this wouldn’t bother me, but then it took almost half an hour for our food, which I find a bit unacceptable. The food tasted good, but the sushi rolls were small for their price (thin, barely filled 8pc roll, for me only, was $20) & fell apart as soon as you tried to pick them up, because the rice wasn’t sticky nor was it rolled like traditional sushi; my wife’s roll was wrapped like a spiral that instantly fell apart. Our waitress was nice to me, but only offered to get me another beer, not refill my water, & ignored my wife altogether while she had an empty glass sitting in front of her. Honestly, if you don’t care about spending money, presentation, nor mannerisms, then come here. Otherwise, there are much better sushi restaurants in the Tulsa Metro that are cheaper (or offer tremendously more food for the cost) , have better service, & don’t have waitresses trying liquor up the male for a better tip, while ignoring the wife. Just a major disappointment that this restaurant is taking up space in the...

This review is for the rolls I ordered, 2 BOK Rolls, SC slug roll, 2 Salmon Rolls, Taz Combo. No chopsticks in the bag. There is 5% to-go fee. Not enough ginger pickles. I avoid rolls with cream cheese or drizzled sauces. Simple classic rolls should have plenty of flavor without them. Rolls are fresh but the taste is somewhat bland due to no seasoning in rice. I've not yet found any sushi place in Tulsa/BA who seasons their rice. Salmon rolls uses salmon scraps, so there is barely a salmon flavor to it. BOK rolls use 2-3 sprouts in the roll. SC slug roll and rolls in Taz combo are tasteless. I am sure rolls with cream cheese and drizzled sauces are fine for average sushi lovers.
