This cozy restaurant has left a good impression! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, interesting/nice presentation, and wonderful dessert. The review would have been a 4 for the food and atmosphere, But there is a waitress called Diana (Picture of her included) that made a great difference. She made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. The service we received by “Diana” was so amazing we would have rated the place a 5+ just because of her alone, even if the food sucked. She has been one of the best servers/waitresses that I have met so far. So good, that if I would own a restaurant, I would have hired her on the spot! As for the restaurant, this is more of an adult get together place or maybe even a dating place than a family/kids place. Do not get me wrong, Apart from 4 adults, I took my 10-, and 14-year-old children and they enjoyed the food. As for the food, we started with some Fries, on which my wife and kids said they were ok, but I did not like at all. I personally though for string fries McDonald’s had better fries. We also had 3 different types of pizzas, the best one for us was the Hummus Pizza, on which they had ran out of hummus…… but offered us some pesto instead of the hummus. It was Great. The other 2 pizzas were fine. For dessert we had the CANOLI and it was out of this world. TRY THE CANOLI! Would I go back? Yes, but with my wife on a date. No kids.

This place has seem to be mine and my friends go-to meet up location when it comes to Lady’s nights/birthday celebrations. We enjoyed every stop up until this last visit. Our waitress took way to long on every task at hand. We are very laid back, understanding people and we usually chat the whole time so we don’t really notice when things “take too long”.. but we did this time. Our glasses stood empty for a while. Every time we looked up she would either be chatting it up with coworkers or she would no where to be found. It was not busy as it normally would be especially it being on a Monday evening… Also their summer drink that has a selection of either “watermelon vodka or cucumber vodka”, the watermelon vodka is not the watermelon flavor that a lot of people expect it to be. It is flavored to taste like watermelon rind. So if you don’t like cucumber flavored stuff, I highly suggest to pick a different drink or a different flavored vodka. It should either be verbally stated by the server/ or listed as “watermelon rind flavored vodka”. Other than that, food was amazing as always.

My sister and I had an appointment in Tulsa and on our way back home (which is in the southeast direction) we wanted to stop for food, but wanted something on the way home instead further into Tulsa. Luckily we found this rooftop pizza and joint, two of my favorite things! The have a rooftop patio and then on the other side it’s like a balcony over looking the Main Street. We sat on the patio side because we wanted to sit in the sun. The place had a good vibe and the service is top tier, I believe our waitresses name was Natalie. Inside there was a really nice bar and I bet it’s a lively and really fun place at night! The food though, omg the pizza was so good! They also had a good drink selection. One thing to note is that you do have to walk up stairs in order to reach the restaurant, they may have an elevator for handicap but we didn’t see one. We will def be back next time we are in the area.

Unfortunately the Rooftop was a huge let down. We had been wanting to try for a long time because of the roof patio but hesitated because of the menu sounding like a lot of “microwave” bar food. It was a super nice day so we decided to take a chance and try it, especially since it’s owned by the same group as Main Street Tavern and we love the food there.

It’s seat yourself on the patio so we found a table and was greeted shortly after. The server asked about drinks and we ordered a margarita and ice tea then the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer. My margarita was good, maybe a little on the weaker side and a $9 upcharge for a gold tequila instead of silver seemed like much. The dip was okay. Pita was good and warm but the dip hardly had any spinach and was very clearly not made in house. My boyfriend spur of the moment ordered the hummus. Now full disclosure the server said it could be better but my bf wanted to try it anyway. It was terrible. It was grainy and had zero flavor. The server had mentioned when he dropped it off that it was a new supplier from what he had previously tried and said he was gonna wonder what we thought about it when he dropped it off but he never asked about it even after seeing we hardly ate any of it.

For the entrees I ordered the classic margarita pizza add chicken and a side Caesar salad. The salad had hardly any dressing, far too many croutons and I picked out multiple lettuce cores. The pizza seemed easily like quality I could get from a frozen pizza, I’m certain the chicken was not fresh as it was very, very dry and had a gray look to it. My boyfriend, who normally eats everything on his plate even if he especially doesn’t care for it, ordered the chicken club and he only ate half of it. He said he couldn’t make himself eat the rest. The chicken was an extremely thin piece of very dry chicken and the sauce was slathered on. I think the server knew we weren’t very happy as he started appearing less and less, while the restaurant was just as empty leaving as it was when we got there but he never asked about any of it. He's probably used to it unfortunately and the quality of food isn’t his fault.

Our bill came total to $80 and that was the worst meal we’ve had in years. I can hardly fathom that this is the same group as Main Street but we will not return. We both work in the industry and know that there can be off nights for a restaurant but the food presented today I’m certain was 90% microwave/premade food. A patio like that in downtown BA should be packed at 6:30pm but there were maybe 8 tables there. Still on the hunt for a great patio spot...

The worst. From the moment we walked in. This is my experience. The hostess was fine we chose to sit on the patio. When the hostess opened the door for us it must have been like a jailbreak for all the servers. She opened the door for us and at least 5 servers bolted to the door to go inside so here we are the guests having to wait for the servers since I guess the hostess was kind enough to open the door for them and not us. Any way we where set at a table. About 5-10 minutes later a waiter finally comes over to take our drink order. In the middle of it another waitress comes over and says this is her table and she will take the order literally arguing in front of us. Ok fine so she takes our order. Must be great right servers are fighting to serv us right!! Nope she took our drink order and left. about 10 minutes late she came back and said the bar is backed up but she will get the drinks out in a minute. Keep in mind she had a tray full of drinks for the table behind us that had arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after us. Finally 10 minutes after that our drinks came out. She took our appetizer order. We ordered the humis trio. After about 10 minutes she came out and asked us if we wanted another drink. Ok sure let’s get another round because I know it will be awhile also at that time my wife asked if we could get some vegetables to dip in the humis also. She said ok. 10 minutes later she come out with our drinks and says they can add carrots to dip the humis in. Still haven’t got the humis but ok. Finally about another 10 minutes later she came out with the humis well it only had the carrots and no pita bread. My wife said we wanted the bread also. The waitress said ohh the kitchen is confused so she will get it right out. About 15minutes later she came back out and said the kitchen got slammed but it will be right out. At that point I asked for my check. She said ok and was quick to get it. I handed her my card as soon as she handed it to me. She was quick to run it. Keep in mind the pita bread never came and the humis was barely touched. No was everything ok or apologies for never getting part of the order. But hey they charged me for it and the carrots. Also when she said the kitchen was slammed everyone else that had arrived after us had already had there appetizers and entries. I’m glad after an hour and a half we decided to cut our loses and leave. Franklins across the street was so much better. The service was great and food was great. So if you’re in the rose district I would skip the rooftop and go...

The stairs up are a plenty! I dont know if this place has an elevator but the only entrance we saw was up about 25 steps, which was fun and paid off but could be challenging if there's no other way to access it. I'm sure there's an elevator, call ahead if you need to make sure! The food was fantastic. I got the fish tacos and bruschetta- the bread could have been a little more toasted, it seemed like it got soft very quickly. We got the pretzel bites and loved them. My son got the kids pizza. We didn't realize he hates brick oven pizza until this meal lol! I tried to scrape it but its cooked into it, so we just pulled the cheese off and wrapped it around the pretzel bites. If its had known he wouldn't enjoy it i would have encouraged him to order something different. We will try something different next time. We also got kids mac and cheese to go and it was a small 8 oz container and didn't have any sides, my daughter said she didn't like it (not sure if it comes with anything but we only got the mac)- I wouldn't recommend that dish, I didn't feel it was money spent valuably and the flavor was very meh. I ordered a virgin of the blue tropical drink, it was great. I know its not 100% virgin with the blue curaço but I left some in the bottom, so we will pretend that was the alcoholic part😉 I WOULD LIKE TO STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THE MANAGEMENT TO ADD A MOCKTAIL OR TWO TO THE MENU, THIS WOULD GREATLY IMPROVE THE EMPERIENCE something like pomegranate juice, ginger beer, lime, mint, and agave OR "house made cider" some cherry vanilla spiced cider with black cherries and candied dried orange- you can charge $6.50 and people who are trying to stay away from alcohol would feel it was worth it. As Maui would say YOU'RE WELCOME 🤪 I think my husband got some other stuff too, he must have liked it because there weren't leftovers. It was a nice night. Our server was really sweet and did her best to take care of us, she might have been kind of new but she checked on us often enough and made sure we had everything we asked for. I thought the rooftop patio was fun and it seemed fairly kid friendly as there were 3 other tables with kids that looked to be about 12 or younger. The inside seemed like maybe they tried to keep for the older crowds, maybe I'm wrong though. The bar looked cool! I will go back, it was a great experience and I'll recommend it to people. Thanks for a...
