Main Street Loft — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I have worked with Main Street Loft for 3 years for our company Christmas parties. Every year our expectations are beyond met. We have a theme we present and we work one-on-one with Heather. She helps make menu suggestions, drink suggestions-which have all had nothing but stellar raves from our employees. The space is amazing, very open and cozy. It's always set up in a timely manner for us to go in and add a few more personal company touches. They are able to accommodate our audio/visual needs for presentations. The service staff have always been polite and fun to work with. I cannot say enough good things about this place! And the food--geez, don't even get me started! It's amazing, always fresh, and we always have plenty that they always box up and people are able to enjoy after they've had a few drinks :). Heather is timely in responses to emails and questions. I've never had any communication issues, which makes planning a corporate event-so much easier/a breeze. I would highly recommend-for any event. You...

The Main Street Loft is such a lovely venue! Our family hoped to have my son's rehearsal dinner there. However, we were not able to schedule our event due to unprofessional communication... We looked at the event center by ourselves and were expected to lock up. I was unsuccessful in scheduling an in-person meeting to talk over details...my emails were received in the beginning, and then later when reaching out, they apparently were not received. A text seemed to get a quick reply, but then again when told I would receive a call the next day, it never happened. It has been a very frustrating experience, sadly. We will be looking elsewhere...

Heather is really nice since I have been in the process of planning my wedding! And the venue looks very beautiful! I can't wait to get married here July 1st! My husband and I just had our mini wedding here and it was amazing! The venue itself is gorgeous, but Heather and her staff had the tables decorated very eloquently and provided excellent service! The only thing I would consider adding is a close parking space close to the building reserved for the bride and groom just for the day of their wedding.
