Brookgate Shopping Center — Attraction in Brook Park

Police presence is appreciated but the constant driving around and dirty looks by the Brook Park police on any given day is ridiculous you're there to Serve and Protect not control and annoy the parking lot could use some work and the abandoned BP on the corner is an eyesore. Very few stores worth visiting Southland and Brookgate have gone way downhill and between Brookpark and Parma Heights Police and their dirty looks and constant annoying presence make people feel unwelcome even if you're from here. It's a good place if you want to do some shopping, I've been in to marcs a few times, The Planet Fitness is pretty good, GNC is pretty good, roses is decent, whiskers is okay, just don't go to the smoking liquor store whatever it is in front of Marcs, I have not gone out the door nor past the register and I've been accused and called to the register twice and asked to see if I stole stuff, avoid that area that gets a plague, bad business never go there again never ever never treated...

This shopping center has been around longer than I've been alive lol. And I'm just about to hit 30 years old. Honestly, it used to be way better in the '90s and early 2000s. Now it's really run down. It's in need of a facelift but for what it is, of course the Marc's and planet fitness are the main attractions here really nothing else except for a bar called papanetti's which is terrible.
