No, I DO NOT recommend that you shop here. Awful Customer Service and Very Poor Quality Products and Poor Selections. Ieshia was my sales representative and she was not helpful. She was nice until I paid in full almost $2,000.00 USD. The 2 Delivery guys Jouma and Feras both were Fast when assembling my bedroom set and Broke/Damaged my dresser during the process.

When I contacted the store to see when they was going to replace my dresser; I was told that Ieshia was gone to Africa/Abroad and that they couldn't do anything until she returned which was many weeks later; during this "waiting for Ieshia period" I continued to contact them to check if Ieshia had returned and each time she had not; during this time I physically visited the location where a male worker stated that all they can do is give me a small vase for damaging my dresser. I informed the male worker that, That's not what I paid for and I want the NEW DRESSER That I paid for!

Here are some pictures of what they tried to give me as a replacement. This piece of furniture is clearly used ! and I'm going to file a law suit against this company if you do not replace my dresser with a new one like I paid for. I paid in-full almost $2,000.00 USD to you for a new dresser and upon delivering your delivery personnel broke the edge of it; Although, this situation is not my fault you are refusing to replace it with a new one and tried yesterday to replace it with a used broken one that had broken drawers and huge amounts of dirty particles and dust on it. And after I refused to accept it because of the condition you Ieshia the worker/manager of the Buford Hwy location, you said that's all that you can do and you refuse to provide the new product that I paid for.

I am writing to you to inform you that this act is against the law; you have just commented STEALING aka "theft of services" because I paid for a new item that wasn't delivered in the condition that I paid for. I should not have to file a lawsuit after paying in-full almost $2,000.00 USD. I should have received what I paid for! This is not right!

I’m giving it two stars because my bed is beautiful! However, when I came in and purchased my bed, I was told it didn’t need a box spring, so I bought the bed and the mattress. I got it installed and the bed sits very low. The delivery people called their manager or whoever at the store and told him the problem. The manager simply said I would get a discount on a box spring since I’ve already paid $1700.00 for my bed.(The delivery people had him on speaker and I heard the whole conversation!!!!!) I called them and they basically laughed at me and brushed me off when I mentioned about the discount for the box spring and there was also a person in the background screaming “she needs to come in and buy one!”. WELL GUESS WHAT, I would of bought one the day I was in the store, had I known how low it would be. I was told I wouldn’t need one with the type of bed I purchased. Unbelievable that they told me I wouldn’t need a box spring. Wish I would of spent my $1700.00 somewhere else!!!!!!! Never again!!!! Also no one returned my call so thank you...

I purchased a storage platform bed from this furniture store, I was told at the time of purchase that it would take 3 weeks to arrive at the store and that they would give me a call. So I patiently wait the 3 weeks and no call. So I wait another week and again no call! So I call them and ask them if they could provide me some information about my bed and I was put on hold. So again I’m waiting on hold and after 15 minutes I decide to hang up. I call again the next day and ask about my bed they tell me it’s gonna be another 3 weeks until my bed arrived. Okayyy so I wait again and this time I’m expecting a call or an email or something telling me about my order but NOTHING‼️‼️‼️ So I call yet again n this time I just ask for a refund cause at this point they are playing with my money! They were reluctant to give it back until I told them I was gonna dispute the charge. BECARFUL WITH THIS PLACE‼️ DONT LET THE GOOD REVIEWS...
