Management needs a lesson in customer service skills. I was going thru checkout and was forced to put my items in a wheeled cart for a few items. I was told I could not take out the bin that I used for my shopping. I said I do not want to take the big cart out and the manager and checkout person, rudely said no I'm not letting you it's going in a cart.
