The only reason I am rating a 3 star is because or the manager Mathew and the employee in the pool section that assisted me yesterday. They had a pool in stock at $599.99 and they wanted to sell it to me for $799.99 because that was the price it showed online. I advised them I’m not buying online I’m buying in store and it shows the same sku number being $599.99. Long story short it seemed like they were saving it for someone or something because even when I was ready to pay they disrespected the other manager (a nice lady) by not responding to her and bringing out the pool as she told them too. She was quick to honor my price and advise the 2 men that it was a hot deal going on. The other manager Mathew tried to make up excuses to her and even told me to my face saying the deal was “expired”. I did laugh at his face and I pointed out that it stated the deal ended on 7/4/23. I want to thank the nice lady manager at the store for helping me out and I hope you get Mathew to get trained well if he really was a manager as well as he stated.

Read moreFirst time purchasing firearm here. Wife and I had submitted 3 background check applications. Each time they told us would phone us when there is a decision. Not a single time. Finally, we headed back and checked it's approved. The manager was validating our documents, he said we need to have I-551 and Permanent Resident Card, here we don't have the I-551. So asked us to get the doc and proceed. I turned back home and found out that the Permanent Resident Card is in fact the form I-551. Headed back to the shop and the manager said he had to close it and we need to submit another background check to start over.
I don't know why they told us they would update us the status of applications but never happened. Also told us to get I-551 to complete the required documents to proceed the sale, but closed it before we brought complete documents back. Which was not even 30 minutes.
No apology given. While reasoning with the manager Wally, he said that if I keep the aggression level he can refuse the sale to me. Of course, what he feels matters the most after all.

Read moreIf I could rate them with a zero, I would. The Brownsville, Texas store managers care Nothing about their customers! I bought a very expensive (over $400) item from them. All I wanted was a copy of my receipt (I have the date, the amount, etc.), since the cashier didn't give me the option to get it emailed to me at the time. She pushed the buttons herself, and didn't let me get it emailed to me as is the norm. They insisted that they could only provide a receipt in person, when all they needed was my info for the transaction over the phone. A very UNCARING "manager" (Leo Farias) refused any help whatsoever. I will take my business elsewhere. It will take me an hour to drive there for something that could have easily been taken care of over the phone and emailed or texted to me. This store needs to get into the current century for customer service. NOT GOOD. They obviously don't care if they have anyone's business or not!
