Customer Service- We purchased a belt in store that my wife found in the dressing room , the belt had no tags. When we went to pay for it at the register , the cashier went to the shelve we’re the belt was and brought one to charge us with the tag. The cashier grabbed a bigger size that fit my wife too big when she tried to use the clothes about two weeks later. Read moreI have bought several items at this store in the past and never had a problem. But when I went to make a purchase yesterday, the older lady followed my daughter with her eyes the whole time we were shopping. Then while I was purchasing an item she would not take her eyes off my daughter looking at items in the store. I did not feel comfortable being treated like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. If I did not need a Birthday gift for a dear friend I would have just walked out without the purchase. So sad I will have to travel further to the Cita's in Harlingen....

I had a very uncomfortable feeling leading me to leave and never return. However, I went back a few days later dressed in professional attire and I was welcomed, asked to come back, which I refused.
