Bubbly Brew TeaHouse — Restaurant in Brownsville

I’ve gotten boba tea here at least 5 times now within the span of a year and I’ve only ever been happy with my order when i get the brewed teas with tapioca. they have a very extensive menu that is a plus but their flavors are all EXTREMELY artificial tasting. Which makes sense since they told me that all of their milk tea flavors are powdered. Their tapioca is always WAY too tough and flavorless, their milk teas are extremely sweet and overpowering I have to order them with less sweetener to enjoy it at all. Apart from the tough boba and overpowering drinks, they have a great place and the decor and games/reading material is so great. Drinks are excellent except, the drive-thru takes way too long. More than once have I waited in a stressful 35+ minute line in a very busy parking lot. More than once have I waited in this line and finally reached the window to order and the staff is on their cell phones, talking, and not appearing to be concerned with the traffic that is being caused by their lack of job performance. More than once have I also waited that line and there is 'no more supplies' or 'not taking any orders'. Considering this establishment only sells drinks, I do not believe there could be a reason for a 35+ minute drive-thru line which in turn causes public safety risks. Not a great experience. Came to order a coffee drink and they literally were out of half the options. They didn’t even have napkins. Person serving us was rude while preparing our drinks. My friend was waiting with me for my drink and the girl had finished hers and called her. My friend had not heard at first and when she went to pick it up, the girl literally shoved the drink to her face. When it came to my drink, she was just mixing it and slammed it on the counter and said here and walked off. My drink was way too sweet and tasted really artificial and overpriced.
