Planet Fitness — Attraction in Buena Park

I’ve been coming here outside my home gym and yulieme has not only been patient with me but she understands my disibility which is ptsd. She always greets with a smile and always makes sure to say goodbye and they goes along ways. The only thing I don’t like was the micro managing from her fellow employee which delayed me going in. I had to tell the manager three times to not engage in our conversation because it was unecessary and she was definently making me feel like I didn’t belong she started it out by saying this isn’t your home gym and when I told her I was disabled she said she knows and I told her I don’t think you do being it was my first time meeting her even tho yuleime has checked me in numerous times. Anyways I did make it inside like I have been numerous times before I just had to deal with a bully. like this place and I will continue to go won’t let the bad apple spoil the whole batch one love. UPDATE 4/1 I’m now changing my review for insisting me to use app when I clearly told you no thanks. The staff is why I don't come here anymore. I've been a member at this gym for over a year and they never had hot water. They would let members repeat the hydrospa even though other members are waiting in line. On top of that guy that signed me up put my info in as someone else. I had to prove to them and show them my contract my account number to prove they did it wrong and had to pay for 6 months of back fees cus they never informed me when checking in that I was behind. Then a year and a half later when I finally decided to change home gyms they had a different persons address down. I was, again, looking at my contract with my address and had to talk to a manager to change. This was a new female manager and she informed that the person who signed me up no longer works there. But her tone was extremely rude and condescending! She acted like I was lying. But that was not the point to merely change my address... they had not trained their employees properly and they put me in using someone else's info. I seriously have no idea how he could have done that considering I have the contract in my hand with all the right information. The manager kept asking for my "new" address but it's not new! It is my original address and she was not taking ownership for the mistake! I would have excepted her apology if this female manager did not have such a condescending tone. I work in customer service and tone means everything! I will never be going back to this location ever again and will enjoy my new home location in Cerritos! It's a shame because the BP location...

Planet fitness Buena Park is definitely my go to gym. As you might have seen in my other reviews, I've gone to gyms around the country and found that PF is my favorite.

There's less douchebags but still a few, newer machines, clean bathrooms, and a group of helpful employees ready to assist you from quick check in to buying drinks.

They also have the black card area where they do tanning and hydro massages. I have never used either of those services so I can't speak to it. But I do use my black card to go to PFs around the country.

It's definity a good benefit to have and would highly recommend it. There's also plenty of parking here which is nice and haven't had any issues with my car being there for an hour or so as you do at some other gyms.

The areas are also split off nicely. Cardio, weight machines,stretching, abs, and 30 minute circuit. It's a pretty easy layout to navigate.
