We were getting our favorite dipped cones. Mine arrived first. As we waited for a chocolate dipped chocolate cone, the drive thru attendant came up with a vanilla cone partially dipped and his reason was they were running low on dipping sauce. The attendants reaction was not subtle. Than we proceeded to wait longer until another associate approached us with a very messy looking chocolate dipped chocolate cone and said that that's the best he could do. The sauce was dripping off onto his hands. He tried to cover it up with more napkins after the fact that it was obvious that his hands had been all over the cone. And from the way that cone looked like and his numerous attempts at making ice cream cones he seemed like a newer employee. When my girlfriend requested a refund, the attendant approached his supervisor and his reaction was moderately aggressive. I said, hello, thank you, have a good day for every action and person that I interacted with. The only words that came out of the three people interacted with was, what would you like to order, drive to the window through the intercom, and your total is as took my card at the window. Otherwise, I recived an empty stare from the two girls that took my payment and handed me my bag. I said thank you to. It was like a weird game to refuse to interact with me at all. Do they know they are in a customer sevice job? I realize this is idol conversation but it also polite to reply or acknowledge someone has said something.
