Fierce & Fabulous — Attraction in Burleson

My first experience was amazing. Tiffany did a beautiful job on my hair for my wedding. My second experience? Not so much ---my appointment was made two weeks in advance. I text her to let her know I was on my way from Arlington. She let me know she was running 15 min late. Upon arrival -- I waited another 30 minutes and 45 min after my scheduled appointment time she still wasn't done with her other client and I was stuck waiting. My time was not respected nor taken seriously. When I text Tiffany to express my concern - I got NO response at all . She's a great hair stylist but doesn't seem to be great at managing her time.

Update : I don't expect you to rush through a customer. But if you have been open since 2012, you would think that you would have better time management skills. New customer or not -- My appointment was scheduled first. I offered to reschedule when I knew you were running behind and you reassured me before I even left my house that you would only be 15 minutes behind. Turns out it was 45 minutes behind and you still weren't close to being done with your other client. My time was wasted. My gas was wasted. And then you never text me back to rectify. I had to resort to leaving a bad review which I do not like to do as I know how hurtful bad reviews are to a business as I have...

Karen and Tiffany are AMAZING with their clients... I have not personally been to see them, but I have seen Tiffany do my mom's hair and their other work firsthand and had friends highly recommend them... They are nice, listen to what you want, and help come up with the best thing for your hair... Every Client is personal to them and expertly Colored, Cut and styled to perfection...Due to the length of my hair, I have only ever been to a salon once for a color service myself, and now I just do my hair at home with my mom...I hope to one day be able to go back to a salon and get a great experience, like the kind you will always get from Karen and her friends, Tiffany and Emily at the Fierce & Fabulous Salon, BeWitching Styles by Karen Ryhs and Bat.a.LashLounge LLC...

Emily does the BEST Brows and Lashes of anyone's dreams... She explains each service to her clients, especially first timers, and always goes above and beyond to make sure each client is perfect before they leave... I hope to go back soon for another session with her...AMAZING!!!

I can’t say enough about Tiffany & Emily!!!! They are both phenomenal at what they do!!!

I’ll start first with hair….I have had the pleasure of being a client of Tiffany’s and I can’t brag enough about her expertise with hair in general. But when I say this lady is TOP NOTCH when it comes to color, I now refuse to go anywhere else. Even my daughter’s has decided to make the switch💖 So if you need a hairstylist, a change in salons, a new look, whatever it is try Tiff out here you won’t regret it I promise🌸

Lastly but definitely not least….I very rarely do anything to my eyes, face, etc. due to sensitivity. However the salon brought in an Esthetician so I decided to give Emily a try with a lash lift & tint. All I can say is WOW!!! She knows her stuff & I have not had one issue with my eyes. I will definitely be booking other services with her. She was also referred to me by another client for microdermabrasion & facials. So whatever your beauty needs may be book go try her out you won’t regret this...
