I had the yellow curry one of my favorite dishes. However the yellow curry was salty. Not sure where the coconut milk was in this batch. So in that case I would not recommend the yellow curry. The loaded fries were really good per my husband enjoyed his order. I called to ask for compensation and a worker answered the phone. They gave me one name and at the end of call lied and gave another name. The most this company could offer was an apology. None of my information was taking, no offer to give me another order. I wouldn't order from here if you're looking for authentic Thai food. Originally she stated her name was April or Avery and when I advised this was a poor company policy to not even offer to remake my meal she then stated her name was Lily. The crazy part is that she advised they have a new chef. So my question is why hire a chef who is not acquainted with the cuisine you sell.

Ok so... I was thinking about having some Thai food to remember the couple weeks me and the wife spent in Thailand, but I found myself transported to the 2000s OC TV show when the cast of teens working started explaining and suggesting Thai food. It's like a cupcake shop just started selling Thai food. Took about 10 minutes to get my food Marisa and summer forgot to make my Thai tea I ordered so I got that a few minutes later. The green curry was just missing flavor like it had two cups too much chicken broth, lacking that umami taste like a fish sauce, what an experience, tried peaking into the kitchen to see my Thai chef but never got a glimpse of them. Also does everything need to go in plastic and Styrofoam? I'm sure the cast of the OC can wash a few dishes.

I was craving Thai food and on a whim, as I was passing through Burleson, I thought I’d stop and give this place a go since their reviews seem good. I ordered yellow Thai and can honestly say that though it was not horrible, it wasn’t close to good either. Did I finish it? Yes. Will I come back? It’s highly unlikely. Will I recommend this to people who ask? No. Now I understand that a single meal should not paint the picture of the entire menu. I realize that doing so isn’t exactly fair. In fact I hope my meal was the exception as opposed to the rule. Yet, the lack of chicken and most of all, the lack of taste (yellow curry specifically) gives me enough of an idea as to how the other menu items would turn out, for me to say, “no thank you”.

I was so sad with my last experience here. After a long day of feeling awful and sick, I come home to take a nap, and wake up late. My husband lovingly offers to buy us dinner and all I want is the Penang curry from Pandans. It’s my favorite! I call ahead to place my order since 8:32 pm. They close at 9. I call and call and call and no one is answering. I’m thinking about how much I could really use the warm curry… so I keep calling. FINALLY at 8:45 one of the upfront girls answers and I tell them I’d like to place an order for pickup. She rudely says “okay we’ll it depends on what you want because we close in 15 minutes and the kitchen closes in 5.” We’ll if they would have answered when I called the first time they would have had an additional 15 minutes to prepare it!! I tell her what I want, just the curry and some spring rolls. She tells me it will be ready in 5. My husband gets down to get my food and had wait a bit which was fine… only to overhear the girls up front talking about “who calls that many times?! How much do they really need that food” not realizing my husband would be picking up my order I’m assuming since my voice was female and a man showed up. Either way it was rude! He speaks up and says “I do. That’s my order” to which they just silence themselves and don’t even apologize. I understand wanting to go home, I worked in the food industry. HOWEVER, if you are open until 9, then that’s what time your kitchen closes. Not 15 minutes before! If that needs to be the case then they need to say they close at 8:45. We spoke to a kind man outside who barely spoke English to ask for a manager just so they know that they have rude, critical employees working their front desk who talk about customers IN FRONT of other customers. Suffice to say I’m disappointed in the service. This is one of my favorite places but I’d rather not go if this is going to be the attitude we get for being loyal customers…. 3 stars because the food is good but the customer...

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Food is fine. Ordered take out and they left out an entree (ordered a total of 4 entrees and 4 sides). Bag was stapled closed when we picked it up so we didn't inspect it. Nbd we had plenty of food for everybody. Called place to ask for a refund for the single entree ($11) and they accused us of just trying to scam them (out of $11 on a $70 order. We're really raking in the money from this scam lol). The girl on the phone was extremely rude and insisted on us bringing in the entire untouched order or else we were just scammers. My partner, who picked up the order, is Hispanic and she kept referring to him as the Uber driver. I have a feeling if he was whiter we wouldnt have been accused of trying to scam them. Its giving racism but idk they might just be lazy?? Hes the one who called them initially for a refund and they gave him the run around. He's overly nice. I called back very mad they accused my partner of trying to steal from them while they're the ones who shorted us. She kept saying "why are you mad at me" and then would say why she thought we were scammers. So yea I was livid after like 10 minutes of going in circles which this person. I had to be a Karen and just ask for the manager but she kept saying there was none there and didn't know when they'de be in. So this place has a

dumb teenager running it and nobody in charge?? She finally spoke with her manager and called us back to issue a refund. I get mistakes happen but I should not have to go through an interrogation and 3 phone calls for a small $11 refund. Food is good but not worth being called a thief. Also last time we dined in their AC was shot. Experience eating in is crap and ordering out was difficult. They're food is not worth it. Go...

On February 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. I (Andrea Bradford) went to Pandan Thai on 114 S Main St., I ordered pineapple fried rice and a kid's fried rice, including a juice box and fruit per the menu. The young man who was the cashier informed me of the price and I paid for the food. We had a brief but pleasant interaction. After checking my bag, I asked him about the missing fruit included in the meal. The manager, Aubrey or Aubray, pleasantly came over and said there was no more fruit. They had run out. I then asked what are they substituting for the fruit. And she said nothing. She proceeded to tell me that I didn't really pay for the fruit and the drink but that it was complimentary. I informed her that the sign says include, meaning I am paying for the food. I told her that complementary and included have two different meanings. After telling me she could not substitute because I actually didn't pay for it, but it was complimentary, I asked her name and left the store. I have had great experiences with this company and would like to continue to have them. All I wanted was what the company promised I would get when I ordered the meal. There was no mention that they had run out of fruit while ordering. I believe in integrity and honesty. I want to be contacted ASAP about receiving everything I paid for. While the food was delicious, a simple substitute would have prevented this review and a report to the BBB if I am not contacted. Ticket...
