I came in with my children to grab some groceries needed I had not remembered My new card didn’t have a set pin so I set to the side the first young man who helped me was very helpful and great customer service He had to leave and some other lady came to register she told me Rudely to go to back of the line so my daughter went in line for me while I was waiting behind the register next to her with my son as it came out turn in line I asked her to add one more item to our receipt total so she did and she received a call and went straight yo my children and asked them “did you grab a bag that was here like if she wasn’t looking we only had 2 bags and they were set where my children grabbed them as I had payed!Already assuming then she continued to ask where my daughter grabbed the gift bag knowing theirs a price in bag she said I can’t scan I mean there’s a price stated bros puts on their for reason!!!!she was extremely rude and I don’t appreciate that for number 2 she can’t just go assume and ask minors did you guys grab a bag that was here for one we don’t steal and never will that’s a rule and my children are very well educated so this employee and staff need to be very careful how to u all treat customers this is not the first someone is mean and so mad like for what? God bless this place but definitely work on great customer service and on top of all this she was super nice to the next customer!we all should share love and kindness instead of picking and choosing who to be nice too that’s not fair and this is the last time I shop here I rather take my self else where should’ve started their knowing people around here don’t...
Read moreThis was my first visit to Calimesa Stater Brothers and I was impressed. The staff greeted you at the door and that greeting was the beginning of an amazing shopping experience period! I was traveling on the 10 fwy and needed to make a pit stop. I wound up spending over a $100 on fresh deli treats, Zoom-zoom & wham-whams. But the most amazing experience was the check-out. There was practically no waiting in line because the floor manager was visibly on site. To top it off, I just happened to get in hisvline at his register, because all the other cashier lines were full. He personally asked me was I okay. I said yes. Then he replied, "he wanted to make sure, because he noticed a driver in the parking lot driving aggressively near my walking path and he could tell I had to dodge the driver to avoid getting hit". Read moreI just came to see if they had sushi which they did and it was right by the front door. So great grabbed two rolls. One roll tasted like the fish is from yesterday. A little fishy. The la confidential roll was supposed to have cream cheese which it did not and the thing said avocado but the avocado that was in the raw was so microscopic it was almost like a joke. The shrimp was less than the tempura that surrounded it in and you can barely taste it and it was spongy. And I’m sorry I have to judge the whole store on the Sushi department but that’s the only part I went to. Not super happy that I paid $13.99 plus tax for a roll that is not what it advertised on the label. But I don’t care enough to go back in. The rice on the sushi was soft. (Good soft like perfect texture) so it’s kinda on me also that I didn’t give them a chance to make it right. But why can’t it just BE right… can a girl just have a good grocery...
