I never leave poor reviews unless Ive experienced something beyond bad. I went here bc I loved the cloudy color they did on my best friend’s nails and I wanted it exactly like that for my wedding. My nails and toes looked ok for my wedding but the week after getting my nails done when I was on my honeymoon in Jamaica I started limping bc it turned out that my big toe’s nail wasn’t cut down all the way on the two sides and was digging into my skin. I had to buy nail clippers on my honeymoon once I realized what the problem was and was hoping that’s all that was causing that horrible pain bc I could hardly walk from the pain. I couldn’t believe that they left the sharp edges of the two sides of my big toe not cut down and only cut the middle part that is seen so the two long sides were growing into my own skin. It was so painful! I’ve never had anyone do a pedicure on me before who didn’t cut my toenails down all the way and left the edges long and digging into my skin bc they didn’t push my skin back to cut the nail all the way across on both edges. My husband had to go to the resort gift shop and buy nail clippers bc I couldn’t even walk to purchase them with him. Thankfully the pain went away when I cut down the nail on the edges myself and I was able to walk normal again, I was so worried thinking I was going to have to seek medical help on my honeymoon in Jamaica which would’ve been tough since I was outside of my normal native country. I won’t be returning to this salon and I’ll be going back to L & K Nails in Colton bc they are actually thorough with my pedicures and manicures and are much more affordable too. I wish this place would’ve worked out for more than just the color of my wedding nails but I am afraid that I’ll be hurting again after some time if I go there again. If you don’t have very strong nails like I do then you can probably take a...
Read moreMy husband's pedicure service with a female manicurist was unsatisfactory based on this key points: Little that we know while hot water was on the tub, manicurist asked him to soak both his feet without her even checking temperature. Because it was too hot, he removed his feet away from tub right away. Talk about first time service here and then both of your feet got shocked with a high temperature water. After a barely "express" 15-minute of a $30 pedicure (so fast for the value of money you paid), the manicurist left 2 toe nails barely clipped. Therefore, when we got home, I clipped his toe nails myself coz manicurist left an unfurnished job. As I was bragging to my husband the exceptional service of your nails salon based on my previous visits, he didn't hesitate to try it despite he would prefer going to a nail salon in Redlands. Unfortunately, because of his unsatisfactory experience, I myself was embarrassed since I was the one who convinced him to come here. That was the experience that I shared with your receptionist this afternoon and relayed to the owner the same afternoon. Unfortunately, I am more disappointed of how it was handled because no one from the nail salon even bothered to talk to me or contact me to find out our concerns so moving forward their employees will learn from the past mistakes and correct those mistakes. I have given the salon an opportunity to hear their side but when I walked in the next day for my own pedicure with another manicurist, the manager never bothered to reach out. So I would say... customer satisfaction on their service probably didn't matter at all. Unhappy customer waiting...
Read moreI would give this place zero stars if I could. I am writing this review merely to warn others to spare themselves before coming here. I unfortunately, ignored the numerous bad yelp reviews and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, so it is my fault for coming here. If you are someone who likes to/ needs to schedule out their appointments I would not recommend coming here. I booked an appointment for 11 o'clock and they called me 10 minutes before my appt informing me that they were running behind and needed to push my appt to 12 o'clock. I said ok as there was nothing I could do. Once I showed up to my new appt time they informed me that I did not have an appt booked. I showed them numerous confirmation texts that I revived. This wasn't sufficient enough for them, and asked to see the phone call records and the bank statement of the deposit I already paid. They could not find my deposit and I waited over 20 minutes for them to sort out finding my deposit even though I had already shown them proof via my bank statement. Then the best solution they could offer me was to wait an additional 10 minutes (it was already 20 min past my 2nd appt time) and then pay an extra $10 deposit even though I had already paid one and had records to prove it. I hope this helps someone so that they are not put in the same situation that...
