I am satisfied with her customer service and admire her commitment to providing the best experience for anyone who is shopping flowers for a special occasion 💐🌹🌸🌻

—————- I called about 3 hours in advance to see if they had leis, was told that they had many, to give her the color and and she would have it ready for me to pick up. I paid in full $70 dollars ($69.88) for a double lei at the time of calling.

I arrived midday, because that is the time I told the assistant that I would be arriving to pick up. I saw other leis, about 10 or so, behind the counter in neat little packages with ribbons. I thought I would see my name, but mine was not ready.

No one else was in the store, and no other customer arrived during the time I was at and left the store. She pulled out one box and gave me one of the leis - I was out of the shop in less than ten minutes. I guess paying in advance doesn’t make a difference.

It is unfortunate that my $70 dollars didn’t garner the same detail nor made my order ready for pick up. I think keeping your word is important.

I had to bury my mother recently so this was the first mothers day without her. I was driving across country and another Flower business whom I had spent a lot of money with for her funeral refused to help with a last minute Mothers Day bouquet for her mausoleum stating I wasn't worth the trouble. So Camarillo stepped up and made three trips over three days during her busiest weekend to make sure my Mama had flowers for Mothers Day. Her spot was in a difficult to find location at Canejo Mountain but they NEVER gave up. They found it after a few hours and me describing the location in calls and texts while I was in the middle of Texas driving. They truly went above and beyond for me. I am in tears for all the care they showed me when the others gave up before they even tried. I salute you and I will never be fooled by the other florist in town no matter how much "Power" they think they have in the flower business. Camarillo Flower Shop went above and beyond to get my order delivered! in my very first experience with them they called me, because the driver did not quite find the adddress...I actually gave them !! slightly incorrect address. :( We got that fixed. Then, they couldn't deliver the flowers the second time around, because my mother lives in a very secure community and the gate person just would not let the delivery driver in. :( We finally were able to get permission, and the driver returned for a 3rd time! Success! I was so pleased with this kind and excellent customer service, because it was my mother's 84th birthday and I really wanted her to have the flowers on her special day! This was my third experience ordering flowers from Camarillo Flower Shop and I will never order flowers from any other place! I highly recommend doing business with this...
