I went to the Food Lion in Cambridge MD to buy my lottery tickets. I was at the lottery machine and asked the cashier if she knew how to run the machine. She did not and told me the person who did was with a customer at the time. That person showed up and was filling out the form for renting a rug shampoo machine and I asked her if she would mind taking a second to print my tickets because the drawing cut-off was about to happen. She totally ignored me and continued to until it was too late for the drawing. It would have been simple to print my ticket and I was very clear that the time was running out. I was very upset and left and I will never go back in that store again despite the next closest grocery store being 30 minutes away. What ever happened to customer...

I called after two mins of solid ringing they turned fax on in my ear Hung up called back after 3 mins of ringing a person answered I asked for bakery she put me through to bakery which rang for 7 mins! I then someone answered and I heard no ones picking up to another person and then they donât say anything to me but hang up on me! I called back and again it rang for several mins and someone clicked it to fax! I called back it rang for five mins and someone picked up and hung up! If this is the service you get at this Food Lion I will not be a regular there! I was calling to cancel a cake order so since no one took my call they will be stuck with a cake that will not get picked...
