The Minuteman Commuter Bikeway is a paved, 11 mile segment of Greater Boston’s 50 mile Minuteman Trail. One of the best features, in my opinion, is its proximity to alewife Station, which is something to consider if you need to commute to a trail using the T. Being fairly new to the Boston area, I think that the Minuteman Bikeway is a great trail, and my favorite after the Charles River Esplanade. It is straight, flat and absolutely perfect for repeating round trips if you like metric centuries or longer trail...
