Little Green Apple — Attraction in Canton Township

I come here quite regularly as I live in the neighborhood and I love getting greeting cards to have on hand at home. The service here is very hit or miss, I guess it depends who's working. Some employees are very bubbly and greet you as soon as you enter. They're helpful and genuinely seem to want to do so. Then there's the lady who doesn't greet or help you at all. This is the lady I had the other day. She walked right by me as if I didn't exist, TWICE. When I was at the register ready to check out she was tidying up a display nearby, in direct line of the register I was standing at. She kept looking at me as she went around this display but waited until she was completely finished before she came over... We literally locked eyes THREE times while she was over there and when she finally decided to come ring me up, she didn't even acknowledge my wait or apologize for not being attentive! Customer service is truly going...

They were out of an ornament I wanted to order online and after calling Amy's, I was happily placed on a list for "hope to get another shipment soon". I searched and called around but this thing was reeeally just sold out! (Found just a couple on eBay for WAY too much!) I wrote it off really, bought my second choice for my son, yearly ornaments are a tradition. Second choice it would have to be this time... my fault, I waited too long this year... Believe it or not, about ten days later, true to their word... one came in and they would hold it for me for a week. Thank you Amy's Hallmark for being true to your word! Please know you made one Mothers gift extra special. He will just have to deal with my top TWO choices this...

Store seemed nice. Selection was Just okay. However the older woman 60’s to 70’s was quite rude, especially to our 5 year old. We ensure our children are well behaved and not bratty in stores etc. This woman snapped at our child moving a stuffed animal. This after being rather curt with my wife and I as well. We went in to get a special stuffed animal for our 1 year old. It was a big deal and we brought our 2 other daughters to be a part of it. We have done this with each girl. Just not at this store. Definitely would not recommend it. We left disappointed and without a toy, but did not want to purchase from that store after such poor interactions.
