The lady that did my grandmothers pedicure was extremely rude. First of all I scheduled a pedicure for both of us, and when the guy went back to get her we heard yelling in an irritated voice from the nail lady which showed me she didnât want to do it. When she finally came out to do it she looked annoyed & when she started she said my grandma wouldnât ârelaxâ her foot enough & the lady started tapping her foot and told her to relax over and over again, when in reality her foot would probably be more relaxed if you she wasnât acting rude & making my grandma concerned she was going to cut her foot with the nail clippers with her irritated behavior. After that grandmother picked out a nail color on the shellac color board and when she brought the polish choice over it was a completely different color, so obviously my grandma wanted something else, not hot pink. We asked the lady to get a color that looked similar to the color she wanted (which was a deeper red) and she got extremely irritated and basically tried to make my 79 year old grandma take her feet out of the water & go over to the nail polish area herself to pick it out. (Itâs not my grandmas fault their colors on the shellac board donât even come close to matching the real colors). I told the lady that Iâm not having her go over there, as I didnât want her to have to do all that & risk falling from her slight mobility issues and wet feet so she would have to wait until Iâm done with my pedicure so I can do it then. She ultimately decided she would pick it out but was slamming around nail polish & acted extremely irritated. She also proceeded to tell my grandma she had âbad big toesâ just because the fronts are starting to lift, which we are fully aware of & why I take her regularly to get pedicures and take care of her feet. I work in healthcare around people all day, itâs not hard to be kind & this was...
Read moreThe 2 stars is only for the ladies that helped fix my nails because they were sweethearts but rather than that, thatâs about it. First when calling I felt very rushed and sounded like I was being yelled at. Then when walking in there was nothing but loud noise and yelling. I understand this is a family business but thereâs no need to be yelling at the kids around every 5 seconds. No communication was made either between me and the nail artist. The lady doing my nails was new but I was not told by anyone including herself that she was new. I was getting nervous at first after saying twice one of my nails was crooked and nothing was being fixed. I waited to see if maybe she was gonna fix it in her own way but even being brought up again it Still was not fixed. Then once she paints my nails I realized all my nails are different lengths and the shape was all messed up. Again Iâm not bashing the lady who was new everyone has to start somewhere and gain experience but what Iâm mad about is there was no communication on the fact that she was newer and goes a little slower. What shouldâve been a hour max visit I was there a little over 2 hours. Iâm exhausted as I had just gotten off work and already annoyed there was no communication. I then realized only she was new when 4 people came up behind her because she was unsure on how to do the design I had picked. After the people saw her mistakes they asked if I liked it and after saying no they somewhat corrected it and gave me a discount off my nails. Kinda frustrating I was there for that long when I had a friend with me, next time just be considerate and let people be aware their visit may take longer due to new staffâŠalso maybe not constantly Yell at your kids full voice as well. Iâve never been to a salon with so much chaos in one place. To the new girl, keep practicing and donât give up. Just communicate with...
Read moreI stood in line waiting for the store to open, the signage stated the business opens at 9:30. At 9:31 the store was opened by a male. None of the equipment or pedicure machines were turned on yet., the lights were half on. I explained I had an emergency out of town and could he fit me in. He was blatantly rude, holding up to schedule and said loudly, â I got NO TIME for YOU.â âYou go look somewhere elseâ. I turned around and left, he was asking others, âYou got appointment? You got one?â Wow, he really cares about customers. He has no personality for customers! I understand he was busy, I understand I was a walk in, but his demeanor and actions show he is a RUDE person. Actually, I am happy he had no time for me, because my money should go to a business who actually wants new customers, and a business who knows how to mingle and treat customers with respect. I thought to myself, if he treats customers with that much disrespect, i feel sorry for his employees! I would not recommend this nail salon if it was the only nail salon on Earth. Thank you for letting me know exactly how your business is and Thank you for letting me save my money! đ° My money...
