I did not like being stopped at the front door because I had my 2 SERVICE DOGS with me. They provide cardiac alert and PTSD SUPPORT. They will bark to get me help when I need it or to warn people who need attitude adjustments to stay away. No problem with the 1st person other than she was not liking my dogs in the shopping cart (even with my bath mat from home lining the bottom to keep my dogs from touching the actual cart),she just asked me to take them out. There was a major problem with a second woman running over to scream that dogs are not aloud in the store. That made my dogs bark a warning to her (they are 5 lbs each) now she was trying to add my dogs are vicious (they night lick you to death?) and throw in the old "Service Dogs are not allowed to bark." THAT IS NOT TRUE! How do you expect a dog to get attention for an owner that needs help if not by barking? Or a dog to tell you to stay away from a panicking owner if not by giving you a couple of quick barks? They don't bare their teeth and snarl, they don't snap or growl but talk in their own way. I was glad the 1st employee stood up for us but if I didn't have my dogs ID Cards and my own wagon they could ride in I never would have been allowed in to go to the pharmacy (as a 1st time patient). Stores need to do a much better job educating themselves and their employees on all jobs dogs can do. Service Dogs are not just seeing eye dogs. They provide many, many services from seeing, hearing, mobility (picking up dropped items turning on lights, getting groceries off shelves, etc) to seizure, low sugar, high sugar, PTSD and cardiac alerts. They help with panic attacks and autism. They also come in all shapes and sizes, not just the usual German Shepard, Labs, Goldens and Shelties. They can be Afghans, Hounds, Beagles, Poodles, Terriers and Bichons! My service dogs are Miniature Bichons, weighing just 6 and 7 lbs each, and they are heros who have saved my life at least 50 times already when I stopped breathing during the middle of the night. They slept in my wheelchair, next to the couch, everytime I broke my feet, ankles or legs. They comfort me when I am in severe pain, sad and crying or just having a panic attack. They keep me sane and calm me down when my Anxiety is out of control. They even wake me up when I am having night terrors! So stop judging when someone says their dog is a service dog! You are probably wrong in thinking...

My husband and I had been wanting to upgrade our TV for a while now. We've had the same one for over 10 years and we were ready for a change. We started scoping out the selection and settled on a 75" Sony TV that was within our budget. We arranged getting a truck and a helping hand in order to get it home and on the wall. Everything seemed fine we loved the way it looked and the quality of the picture was great compared to what we had before. Less than two weeks later the TV wouldn't turn on. We tried everything on our end to get it to work with no luck. We called Costco customer support since we had a warranty and they wouldn't do anything unless we were in front of the TV to troubleshoot it over the phone even though we knew the TV wasn't working. We were back and forth with them for a week and finally decided just to bring it to the store and exchange it. We were well within 30 days of purchasing it and even the receipt has a 90 day return policy for all electronics. Upset and annoyed we again got a truck and a helping hand to get it back to the store. When my husband got to the returns department they weren't going to return it because we had a part missing from the box that we didn't even know was missing. Unreal. Here he is standing in line with a 75" TV that doesn't work that we bought less than 3 weeks ago and they are not going to exchange it. It took plugging it in (because they didn't believe us) and a discussion with two higher management people to even consider switching it out for us. At this point he was heated and not going anywhere without our money back or another TV which they eventually exchanged. Extremely disappointed in the service we received. We expected better from them. We do NOT recommend purchasing a TV or any higher price electronic from them because god forbid something happens to it within the first couple weeks and you have to go through the nightmare we went through. Better off buying...

I usually love coming to Costco. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after my last trip yesterday, I’m not sure I’ll be renewing my membership. My sister and I often go together to stock up on essentials, and our trips are usually enjoyable. This time, however, things took a turn for the worse at the self-checkout.

A man named Bill immediately started scanning our items without asking. I politely informed him that we’d be doing two separate transactions and would handle the scanning ourselves. He curtly responded that we’d need two Costco cards, and I explained that we’ve always used my membership without any issues because we’re part of the same household. He insisted on seeing two cards, so I reluctantly agreed to pay for everything together to avoid further conflict.

Bill then hovered over us, continuing to scan items despite our repeated requests for him to stop. His attitude was condescending and rude. He even pointed out when an item didn’t scan properly, confusing us further since he was the one scanning it in the first place. My sister corrected him, but he persisted, creating an incredibly frustrating experience.

Adding to the chaos, a woman nearby was loudly asking for help with a large item. I pointed out that she needed assistance, but Bill dismissively claimed she didn’t and continued to focus on us. His behavior was infuriating and unprofessional, making us both feel extremely uncomfortable.

By the time I finally scanned the last item, I was shaking with anger and frustration. I have never been treated so poorly by an employee in any store. Fortunately, the supervisor on shift was kind and assured us that the issue would be addressed, but the damage was already done.

I’m deeply disappointed and disheartened. In today’s world, compassion and kindness seem to be fading, and this experience at Costco was a stark reminder of that. I likely won’t be shopping at this...

A girl loves her Costco. Especially the Kirkland products. But let me just say.....the best time to hit up this particular Costco is in June. The place wasn't jam-packed with tourists or seasonal residents. Which, if you are a local...ya know what I mean. But this Costco is great at keeping everything stocked and rotating in varieties of products that I'll still visit during the season. Be prepared for lots of traffic. Little parking spots. And people everywhere. Still runs smooth like butter in this store. Kudos to them. Also, I appreciate how quickly Costco always gets their pumps up and running during hurricanes and open their pumps to non-members, too. 4 stars instead of 5 because it's a madhouse during the season.

The prices are really good comparing the size of the products and the amount of units.

Costco is the king of the wholesale clubs in my opinion. They set the bar and everybody else tries to reach it. Their store brand "Kirkland" is really good for most items. If you like to buy in bulk this is the place for you. The food court is always busy. Where else can you get a foot long hot dog and a soda for $1.50? Be careful out there in the parking lot as it's a madhouse!!! I recommend parking far away from the entrance so you don't have to worry about getting hit by other customers parking their cars who are in a mad rush to get the 20 pound package of ground beef that is on sale 😂😂😂 Also a great place for your kid to take a power nap while you shop!
