On January the 7th, I ordered carry out 3-15 piece Chicken nuggets from this place a chicken wrap and 2 chicken sandwiches, and drinks, for my roofing crew that was doing a good job for me so I was buying them lunch. They brought my order to me it took 45 minutes of waiting for it. It was heavy and in 2 bags, so assumed it was right and I was already going to be late for an appointment with a customer of mine. So I took off with it. They had given me some other order with 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 chicken salads. My whole crew didn't even get to eat it. So later that evening I called and ask to speak to a manager about a refund. I talked to a guy who told me I had to contact the manager on the day shift that served me. So I called back and talked to another man who I assumed was the manager and he told me no problem, to come back up and they would take care of my refund to just bring a receipt. I looked quickly for it and could not find it. So I called them back and asked if they had it on their records. He said he would not be able to find it. And was sorry couldn't help me. So the next day I dug through the truck and found my receipt. I called them back and talked to a very rude Manager by the name of Wanda Bishop. After speaking with her boss, which I layer found out is related to her, Steve Bishop, She told me to bring the receipt and they would give me a refund. So I went up that day, and she said because they gave me the messed up order she would only give me a refund for half my money, which I had paid around $65 for originally. I argued with them and they were treating me as if I was a Lier, she spoke loudly in front of her other customers accusing me of picking a receipt up off the ground. Even after bring my receipt in. She gave me $31 and I told them this is the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I am going to sue this place for defamation of Characters and for embarrassing me in front of other customers they had their. And I will not stop until you Mrs. Wanda Bishop are fired. Thank goodness I knew my breakfast shouldn't cost me $7+ dollars and had her fix my order. The time before I wanted to buy a Ranch Dressing from their salad to eat with my meal, Sorry we don't sell that without a salad, WHAT? The Chick-Fil-a in Cape Coral gives me those for FREE. Finally today was the last straw. Order taker same one as last time at least heard me correctly and I got biscuit with eggs and hashbrown. Pull up to the window, and they ask my name, RJ, and then I see the wrong sauce, I ask for ketchup thinking I should be ok, problem solved, running late for work, so I leave. BOOM, this order is for STAN, Sorry STAN you probably got my order. SAD. Ask my name and be unintelligent and see STAN as RJ. SAD WHAT? TRY TO LISTEN PEOPLE AT CYPRESS LAKES CHICK-FIL-A. I call the store and get a super unintelligent person saying they NEED me to come back to issue an electronic refund on my APPLE PAY. WHAT? Just VOID the transaction Worker Bee and Cowardly manager who wouldn't even take the call, That is most likely what you will do when I return since I have STAN's food and receipt. And of course when I told Worker Bee her solution of the Void, she just hung up on me. And it was not a PLEASURE. WORST and RUDEST people in any business. Read moreI really really hate leaving bad reviews. But I have to make an exception for this one. I order catering for my small business every Wednesday for 11am. I have been ordering from Alico due to this location not excepting catering orders after the storm. Once I saw I was able to order from this location, it made my day since it’s incredibly closer for our business. I showed up 6 minutes early knowing they have to get it all together. I waited in line and when a cashier asked for my order I informed her of my catering order. She oddly walks away with out saying a word to me. Another member walks up to her and starts telling her she’s not inside and needs to go out side(neither acknowledge me) they both walk away then the one girl realizes I’m still standing there. Another member walks up(guessing a manager) she got me taken care of and I let it go. Then as I stood there waiting on my order (for 11am, it’s now 11:10am) I watch as she(again, think a manager) chit chats to everyone and reminding me of a sloth putting my order together. I try my best to stay calm, however it was the most painstakingly scene to watch knowing I need to leave! She FINALLY gets it all together and starts to walk towards me, NOPE, she turns around and goes back for a few more task. Then she finally hands me the order. Took roughly 15 minutes to get an order I placed for 11am. I should have been out no later than 11:05am. This is unfortunately not my only negative experience, just my and my families last.
