During the COVID-19 pandemic, my HP laptop wasn't holding a charge and the keyboard was sticking. It took 2 weeks to get parts to see if that would even fix the beast, which it did not. Enter buying a new laptop. The guys recommended a certain model and advice to make sure that whomever I bought it from Amazon, Best Buy, etc, had it in stock and was even OPEN to pick it up. I decided to buy it from them, Creative Computer Solutions. The guys had been great, worked hard to no resolve and advised me on my next move, which didn't include them. I thought that was pretty selfless. Sure, it cost me more to buy my new computer from them, and it took 10 days to get it (who knew with everyone working from home with the pandemic, that there would be a run on laptops?) but I felt that they earned the vote of confidence and 5-star review. They went above and beyond. These guys are responsive, reliable, trustworthy, and so pleasant. The store is spotless, immaculate in fact. Worth every penny, plus their supplier, out of stock on my ordered model, upgraded my model to a better one for the same price! I cannot recommend Creative Computer Solutions highly enough. Take my word for it, I''ll never use anyone else. EVER! Great service, returned all calls promptly, reasonable rates and reliable products and ALL with a pleasant smile. Thank you so much, fellas. Edited to add: So it has been well into four months with my new computer and great relationship with the professionals at Creative Computer Solutions. I couldn't be happier...with my new laptop and CCSFix. I cannot tell you how many calls and emails I have received from them to follow-up on my purchase, anything I may need...whatever I may need. These guys are the best. They are deserving of 10 Starts, in my opinion. And they have been open, social distancing, and serving the community throughout the COVID-19. In full disclosure - not one of them is a son, nephew, brother, or remotely related distant heir. Read moreI brought my MacBook Pro in because the wifi didn't work. I booted it up right there for them with the fully charged battery. They ordered a wifi card and a week later told me the hard drive was bad. They ordered a drive and a week later told me that the cable from the drive to the motherboard was bad. They ordered that part. (Apparently they do not stock any parts!!!) A week later they called to tell me the computer was done. When I called back they said that it was not my computer but another person. A week later they called and said that the computer was done. I drove 1 hr to get there and they said it would take a few hours to load my software. They booted it up and now the battery doesn't work, nor does the wifi. They told me that the computer was old and they would put back the old parts and not charge me. I thought I would have my working, but no wifi, computer back. NOW THE COMPUTER DOES NOT BOOT AT ALL, LET ALONE THE WIFI, AND THE BATTERY DOESN'T WORK. All I wanted was my computer back in the same condition. NOW I am left with NOTHING. DON'T TAKE YOUR COMPUTER THERE. I'm sure they switched things out or didn't put it together correctly because it won't even recognize the battery. When I call to talk to the owner he talked for a while and said "I've been to your house" NO you haven't. He had me confused with another person. Maybe this is her computer. While there the operator looked at the computer and said he could see glimpses of light behind the screen so that indicated that the screen had failed. He said he was going to fix it and would call me in a couple of days well a couple of days turned into a week and a half and I called them and they said it was gonna be shipped in. Well, the shipment never arrived so they ended up borrowing a screen recording to them from another company. In the meantime, when they did finally get the computer fixed, I went to pick it up and there was a big dent in the corner of the computer and they told me that the battery was broken. i’ll get this, they just replaced the battery not even two months earlier. They were insisting that it must’ve been dropped before it was brought in yet. They made no mention of it during the time they were repairing the computer. They said they would order another battery and it would be in in a couple of days. Well, that couple of days turned into a week again. I called them and they said that there was a delivery scheduled that day with the battery and they would call me to come in with the computer and they would install the battery but weren’t sure whether they were going to charge me or not.
