Not Happy With The Pizza This Visit We have been frequenting another eatery with pizza in the area and drove by this place after dinner one night and it looked like a fun place to visit. We looked at their website and saw they have Daily Food and Drink Specials including a Monday Night Special, 50% off pizza, whole pie or slices, eat in only so we said let’s go. Parking is easy as there is a huge lot across the street. My wife is short so we need to have a low table – no high-tops with tall stools for her – can’t get up on them. There are a few low tables to sit at in front of the restaurant on the sidewalk. The outside bar area under roof has all tall tables and stools. We went inside and the same is true for seating there. Lots of hi-top tables and tv’s. Out back is a covered patio area with picnic tables that would have worked fine for us, but we were asked to leave that area as it was reserved for dart leagues. So, we ended up out front on the sidewalk which was fine. We had a very nice server who brought drinks quickly and answered our questions. The menu is large with many good sounding dishes, but pizza was on our radar. Note: the menu has two prices for each item – cash price and credit price, which is about 3.5% higher. We started with a Side Pub Salad that we shared which is their house salad blend, red onions, black olives, radishes, cherry tomatoes, house shredded mozzarella cheese & croutons. There were numerous dressing choices and they gave us two containers of dressing. The salad was very tasty with crisp fresh lettuces and veggies. We ordered a 16 inch House Pizza which has pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions & black olives. The pizza was a disappointment. They were very generous with the black olives. The sausage is cut into coins and they were a bit skimpy with it. The pepperoni is cut triangles of very thin pepperoni and they were a little more generous with it. Unfortunately, neither the sausage or the pepperoni had any notable flavor. Close your eyes and you couldn’t tell what you’re eating. As you can see in my pic, good luck finding any onions and you’ll have to look close to see mushrooms. Cheese – that’s where they did well. Plenty of cheese, good tasting cheese. The sauce – it had to be marinara as it lacked any garlic or herb flavors. The crust was thin and tasty and we liked it very much. I think we’ll pass on pizza here, but we will return to try some other menu items. Everybody has different tastes and preferences when it comes to pizza so I say give it a try and if you go for the Monday Pizza Special, you’ll only be out a few bucks if you don’t enjoy it and then again, maybe you’ll really like it.

Went here on a whim on my way up the west coast of Florida with a friend. We're from Chicago and someone told us to stop at Cape Coral to find the Bears Bar. Well, I dont think this was it but I am glad I chose this place! We stopped in to have a quick bite, the food was typical pub fare. Nothing spectacular but defintely not awful either. Ordered potato skins and a burger. Decent. Our waitress was young and perhaps new but friendly and helpful. The inside is pretty big. They have a couple pool tables, a ton of digital dart boards and TV's everywhere. So probably great for sports. After our meal we left to get ready for karaoke. This is when it picked up and we really enjoyed the night. The entrance is actually the outside deck. It was pretty chilly when we left the place but when we came back they had closed the patio up with plastic walls. AWESOME! I was worried I might have to bring out my jacket but it was perfect temp. The crowd was a good mix but most of the people we talked to were from out of town. Not too touristy though. Felt very local. Plenty of seating plus room to stand. Table service was fantastic. Didn't even have to ask once she knew we were going to keep ordering. Mike was an awesome karaoke host!! This is on my top 5 places to karaoke. AND SURPRISE! Brittany the outside bartender sang a few songs from behind the bar and knocked the socks off the crowd. That girl needs to be in a band touring the world. She was a great bartender and the sweetest person ever. Honestly, this bar and experience felt like home. Highly recommend for a good karaoke night out.It wasn't even the weekend. This was a Monday! I guess they do karaoke 7 days a week, which is great. Too bad we only stayed for one night. Pros: Karaoke! Friendly staff. Spacious. Plenty of Parking. Reasonable prices. Live Music. Front Patio. Clean Bathrooms. Overall ambiance. Cool decor. Very casual. Cons: They don't stay open til 5am!

Friendly atmosphere. Welcoming staff and a great combo bar and grill. As you enter, no masks or very few maskers. Entrance was an outdoorsy covered patio type bar with karaoke. Smoking is allowed in this area, but very few people were. You have to walk through here to get to the main bar where live music is performing and a couple pool tables in this section near the entrance. Continue walking back to the next door, this section is the game room! I was impressed with the sound dampening, not very loud at all. Seems they have dart tournaments!!! So whatever your in the mood for out of these options, karaoke, live music and dancing, billiards, or darts you're most likely going to meet someone that's friendly and in the same mood.

I love this Bar. The entire staff is very dedicated to their Customers and give 100% great service. The Management goes over and beyond to be sure everyone is happy and makes sure customers are safe to drive, otherwise delivered home in their very own Backstreets Limo. The Limo drivers are always pleasant and have their Customers safety as their priority and expecting nothing in return. The kitchen Staff does their best to accommodate the demands of Backstreets daily specials that have absolutely amazing prices. The Grouper is outstanding and just like any other establishment specials are "specials" at high demand and not every day is there enough to serve everyone of that particular special of the day. The Owner of Backstreets listens to each and everyone's opinions and comments and nothing is taken lightly. The best approach to any negative comments is to speak directly to an Establishment. I believe these reviews should be for positive and building our Community UP not tearing down. Happy New Year. Here's to positive thoughts, responses and future.

Only bad thing is after 4 years The Owner still wants to talk trash about people she kicked out and thinks that makes her a powerful woman. Lol. 1k a week spent was including the tip your staff deserves...
