This is one of the worst grocery stores I believe I've ever been in. I've been in a lot of them. Unfortunately I had to use the restroom. I would have rather gone in an out house then have gone in that bathroom. It was filthy. None of the toilets were even flushed let alone clean. Everything was out. There are no seat covers for the toilet. Paper towels were hit and miss. If you wanted soap it was not there or available in the stall I was in which is the handicap stall. The bathroom was my biggest complaint. I was trying to find a specific thing which is not a hard to get item, not one person that I asked that worked in that store knew where it was. When I found it there was no choice just one brand of oysters that I was looking for but they had to be boiled or at least in water not oil. I found one can but nowhere on the can did it even say what it was, so I had to take my chances. Then when checking out there was only maybe three places maybe 4 to check out. Busiest grocery it was Friday after people get out of work so that seems to be a busy time No express lane and I only had six items. I went in one where they were few people with not many items but someone in the front was arguing over a damn coupon which held up the line for about 20 minutes. So I went to another line with someone that had a large amount of product but that went smoother and easier and I was done faster than if I have gone through the one with the least amount of people. When I complained about the bathroom to the cashier she looked at the guy bagging the groceries he said call management. Well I'm not going to do that so I went to customer service and said your bathrooms are disgusting maybe you should have someone take care of that. I wasn't even acknowledged to even exist. I will never ever go to that store again. They are actually overpriced unless you have a discount card which I understand but I don't shop there much only when I take someone else. All and all a...
Read moreClean store and nice employees. Some of their produce, strawberries being a big one, is just horrible. Half of the ones that were out there had mold all in them, and visible yet the produce employees ignored it even after made aware. They use to have good meat prices but now very high. A pack of chicken on sale and with card is 20 bucks, but that's down from over 30, the same size pack I could get else where cheaper. Can still find good deals at times, like the loins that were bogo. But I bought no other meat because could get better quality elsewhere cheaper. Also, alot of their other things have jumped way up, a med size bag of Cheddar and sour cream ruffles, that had no price tag for so I assumed were about the same price as other places, was almost $7. I was furious when I got home and noticed that, I could of got 2 bags of the family size and still saved elsewhere. So make sure to know the prices when shopping, otherwise you may be shocked to find out what you paid. I had not been there in quite a long time, over a year, and went due to a couple of items in their flyer, but I probably won't be shopping there much. May run by there when a real good deal is going, like the bogo meat, but other than that they've become very pricey, some things higher than publix. Definitely not like it use to be, but that's for this location, not sure about others. Also, when I asked about joining up with the card as I told her I would like to sign up, she just scanned a piece of paper on the register as if she didn't have time for me to do it. And she didn't have a long line either, actually no one was behind me until later and then she closed her lane after them. So I got no rewards from the $$ I spent...
Read moreMade an order on their app. Free delivery was offered but came over two hours late. I called the store to tell them the order shows its going to an address thats not mine. They offered me the oppurtunity to reorder and pick it up, yet they were not capable of refunding money from the undelivered order. They said to go on the website and cancel that order. I went to the website on it said order delivered on Nov 3, yet placed on November 9th. There was no way to cancel it. I spoke directly with Winn Dixies manager and she stated that I ordered through door dash and they would have to refund, yet doordash said I put the order in on WD app so they would have to refund. No one could tell me why the delivery date was 6 days before I ordered and why adress was incorrect. I contacted door dash and they said manager was not telling me the truth. 2 hours later my order was delivered thawed frozen food and sweatiing dairy products. I ordered vegan rolls and got chicken rolls. Wasted hours on the phone going back and forth trying to get answers. I closed the porch lights and heard noices in the foyer, only to find the grocerys. Winn Dixie manager only added to my greif and couldnot help and was quick to blame elsewhere. Their ad says delivery in two hours, well it took 6 and I did keep calling but only to get wrong items and items that obviously were in someones...
