Went on my birthday to get my freebie and since it was my first time and I didn’t know what I could get, I used the app. I finish my order and head to the drive thru right away. I tell the girl I just did an order and she said next time give me five minutes. Ok I let it go, understandable I guess. But if I were to order directly in the drive thru do l have to give her five mins as well? My 1 star review is because it was my birthday and I was dress accordingly with a beautiful pink dress that her lack of carelessness got ruined. The drink was dripping and she rudely handed it to me without a napkin. She saw my face of horror because all got on my dress and didn’t even apologize or offered a napkin. I had to ask for it and then she closed the window. So thanks a lot for that! I hate that ea day I realize the good old customer services a lot of companies took proud of, is gone. I didn’t say anything because my face spoke for me. And I guide myself with kindness and treating others rudely is not one of my traits. Leaving a review so she learns how to treat others. I have to sit in line holding other people up because they always try to serve me a hot coffee when I know I ordered ice (usually wouldn't be an issue but on a hot morning last thing I want is hot coffee hence why I am not just making it at home). Only reason I went back to this establishment after the many disappointments was because they had 50% off their fall flavors so I figured why not, what could go wrong this time. Since I took a screen shot of the coupon because I am not wasting my phone space with a Starbucks app that is useless to me they would not accept it even though it is still valid. Now Im transferred over to the one on skyline and no longer do mobile orders, and the in store wait time is absolutely pathetic. I have been here over 15 minutes so far and I'm still waiting on a cup of english breakfast tea. If mobile order is too much for you guys and you cant provide service to customers in store you should not have mobile ordering at this store. All the employees are extremely apologetic which is nice, especially hannah. She must have apologized to everyone 10+ times. Hire someone to do mobile orders only so everyone else can do their job and get us out in a timely manner, there's NO reason a english breakfast tea latte should take 15+ minutes.
