The air conditioning seems better than when it was Gulf Coast gym. The membership options are unique. I’ve never seen it before. This is It a great feature ❗️

You can choose to come in for one day for $12. Maybe you’re a vacation. or maybe you just wanna try it out for a few days to see if you like it. They have the right plan for you. You can a weekly pass for only $25. If you’re a local resident like myself, you may choose the monthly option. The monthly option is only $40 a month. then if you just here for the winter, how perfect is this.

There’s no yearly contract just the three options.

So if you live up north and you leave for the summer. You just don’t pay for those couple months. No cancellation fees. Very unique❗️lLove the concept. It’s such a delight to work out here.

I am a senior citizen that lives in Cape Coral who used to go to the old Gulf coast fitness. located in downtown Cape Coral right across from the McDonald’s restaurant . That was before hurricane Ian destroyed the place. After the hurricane the place they had to get it, replaced the roof and rebuild it. Now it is so fresh because we built it and they have the new roof. It looks like lots of new equipment and some flooring. I mean there’s some older things there, but by and large it is all new. It’s just so pleasant to have a gym to go that is close to my house. And their options‼️ I really hope that we can keep this business going. We lost our DYI ice cream yogurt place because it wasn’t supported by the community. We can’t afford to do that to our small businesses. we can’t have just condominiums in big corporations in our downtown. Let’s all chip in and do our part to keep our town the best place in Florida, and that small town feel.

My wife and I have been working out at Hammerhead Gym for over seven months now, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. If you're looking for a welcoming, clean, and non-crowded gym, this is the place for you.

First off, the atmosphere is unbeatable. The staff at Hammerhead Gym are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist or answer any questions. One of the highlights of our visits is getting to see Kayce, the gym’s adorable dog, who walks around saying hello to everyone. Kayce adds a special, homey touch to the gym experience, making it feel less like a chain and more like a community.

One of the biggest advantages Hammerhead has over the big corporate gyms, like Esporta and Planet Fitness, is that it’s never overcrowded. There’s always plenty of space to work out, and we’ve never had to wait around for equipment. This makes it easy to stick to a workout routine and focus on getting the most out of our time at the gym.

Another huge plus is how clean the gym is. The equipment is well-maintained, and the staff clearly prioritize cleanliness and organization, which makes for a comfortable workout environment.

In short, Hammerhead Gym offers everything we could want in a fitness facility—friendly staff, a welcoming community vibe, a cute gym dog, cleanliness, and most importantly, plenty of space to work out without the crowd. I had to face it, I was really out of shape and had become a bit of a slug. But even worse I felt like crap all the time. I'm 65 years old but felt like I was 80. I had periods in my life where I went to the gym but I always felt like it was out of my comfort zone and avoided it. So I finally mustered up the courage and went into Hammerhead. Not only that, I decided to get help from one of their amazing trainers and I started working with Josie. She immediately put me at ease, worked within my physical abilities and pushed me to do things I had never done, particularly with free weights. And she always remaied positive even when she's was kicking my ass, lol. She showed me on what days to do certain exercises and how to do them.
