At the beginning of April 2021 my husband and I were informed that the couch we would be purchasing that day would be eligible to be delivered at the beginning of May 2021. We were excited! It was everything we had wanted! Unfortunately there was no contact from the sales agent and it continued to be a guessing game of when our couch would arrive. I had to call and text on multiple occasions for an update on our order. Which I have all the calling history and records of text messages. With every call or text there was always something “unexpected” to come up. With the very last update we were told that it’s more like the beginning of July that we could expect our couch to arrive at their warehouse, not even at our house… As great frustration set in we decided to completely cancel our order as it was not worth the stress anymore. Along with the fact that our baby is due at the end of July and I refuse to not have a couch. Then as we called to speak to a manger that we were never placed in contact with before that time because “the sales agent takes care of everything” it was brought to our attention that the sales agents should be in contact with the buyer at least every 2 weeks, according to their “policy.” Basically this review is to warn all the customers that what happened to me should never happen to anyone. It is absolutely a ridiculous game that we had to play with this company and if anyone would ask me if I would recommend them, the answer is no. The products quality does not add up to the problems faced when it actually comes down to getting the product in. Also, I am not naïve and I know Covid is a thing but its been around for over a year now, become adaptable. Very disappointed in the service and overall the entire experience of couch shopping...
   Read moreHorrible experience. Terrible customer service. Had this not been the only place I could find the furniture piece I was looking for, I would have left and NEVER been back. From the moment my small son and I walked into the store not one person acknowledged us. 3 associates walked past us and didn’t even speak a word. We walked the entire store from end to end (even the outlet portion) and half way up again and NOT ONE person offered to help us!!! At least not until I walked by the counter area and passed all the employees literally sitting on a couch. As we walked by, I very loudly yelled, “Man I guess these guys don’t care about their commission because they sure don’t want to help anyone. They are all too busy sitting on their butts talking.” And I walked away. Then and only then did an associate finally ask me if I needed help. We were there for almost an hour before anyone acknowledged us… that’s ridiculous and unacceptable. Then when I asked the man if I could see the table without the leaf, at first he acted as if it was too much trouble but ultimately did. The associate did say, “I’m sorry no one helped you” but that was it. He didn’t sound very sincere nor did he did tell a manager or anything. I really hope this item is worth it.
