The Mediterranean Bar — Restaurant in California

I've been to this bar probably 20 times in the past three years to have a beer and shoot some stick since it is within walking distance of my home. Every time I go there there's drama of some kind. The pool table probably causes more trouble than it's worth since most of the altercations I've seen have been a direct result of it. There are ex cons pushing up on patrons there and I've seen people whacked out of their minds on drugs and displaying erratic behavior. Then you've got the degenerate drunks at the bar who slobber over everything in a dress. Look, I understand the allure of this place, the bartenders are pretty cool and the drinks are priced well and the pours are good. Heck, it's right down the street too! Well, the fancy picture that comes up for this bar is not accurate. It's more of a dive bar with people smoking right outside the doors and a lot of F bombs being dropped. Based on the picture that popped up in my Google search, I thought we'd be going to a fancy bar who specialize in making martinis. Once we walked in, we had a feeling that asking for a Vesber was out of the question, so we thought ordering a dirty martini would be simple enough. Wow what a poppin place! I had the pleasure of coming here 2 different times. Once with locals. The vibe was chill and full of life. The bar tender Joey was attentive and very sociable. The second time it was chaos with a wedding party and all the tourist… Clark the bar tender moved like Lightning… with Grace and a great attitude.
