In the world of the coffee industry, where subtleties in flavor and aroma can make all the difference, Hotwater truly has a remarkable craft. They were the highlight of our wedding! There was a constant line with many of our guests going up multiple times to try different drinks. Not only is the quality of the coffee amazing, Carlos was wonderful to work with. Carlos and his assistant even surprised us with some of the beans they roasted special for the wedding and had placed a picture of our wedding invitation as artwork on the label. Friend, Hotwater is the greatest. Carlos and Ivan run a tight ship. These gentlemen are perfection oriented scientists when it comes to coffee and tea. Also, their eye for design and detail is impeccable.
