In looking at reviews, I noticed that someone said that what I said was fabricated and I was doing it to help another business. That is very far from the truth. The business that she is referring to did not even know I went in Salty Chic and definately had no idea that we were reviewing you. Please ask your customers to not slander people as it really makes you look bad. To let you know that I reported that persons review to google. I also saw you respond again to my husband and I am not sure what camera you looked at, but NO ONE was in the dressing rooms at the time we were in there and your ladies were NOT helping anyone until we were about to leave. We did not come in there to cause trouble but to look at a line of clothing I like. I would love to review this footage with you as we were in the store longer than 3 minutes and I did look and touch some of your clothing. One being Lula B which is straight across from the register. We looked around and the entire time they again stayed behind the register. Only 2 ladies were in there shopping at the time. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will never go back to this store. After spending over $500 on clothing for a vacation, I realized one item did not fit properly. The sales person who followed me around like I was a shoplifter, assured me that they would fit (Pajamas) and said I did not need to try them on. (My mistake) When I returned from my vacation, I returned to the store to trade them for something else. I was informed I was 3 days late from the date I could have exchanged them. Their policy is that no matter what you buy, you cannot get a refund EVER and can only get a store credit. Which is absolutely barbaric. But if you go past 30 days from purchase, you cannot even get a store credit or exchange. These pajamas still had tags on them and I had my receipt. To have policies in place that chain you to your purchase or force you to keep something you mistakenly bought is ridiculous. As this store is a one of a kind boutique, using good judgment to keep a good customer, would be a good idea. The owner is the one if declined my exchange. The owner and her staff are always super helpful- and I love the fact that when you see something new- and the owner knows itās something you will love- she takes the time to tag you- or DM you to see if you want it! This is my go to for Judy Blues and so much more! Need an insulated can coozie, or new beach bag? They have it all and a multitude of options. There are also new items for men and the kiddos!
