Cape Fear Boil Company - Carolina Beach — Restaurant in Carolina Beach

We were staying at Kure Beach last week and wanted an authentic Boil. My son found Cape Fear Boil Co and I'm glad he did! We had 4 adults and one 5 yr old. Ordered a pot for four, that came with crab clusters for ea adult. Since it's a "take it-you make it" kind of restaurant, the freshness is amazing!! We got Crab Pot for four that includes potatoes, tons of shrimp, corn on the cob , andouille sausage, onion , 4 large crab clusters, seasonings, seafood sauce, melted butter for the crab, and bread. (I probably left something out!) Let me tell you, unless you are feeding people with a bottomless pit, the boil/for/4 is plenty enough to feed 5-6. Just need to order extra crab claws on the side. Ohhh and don't forget dessert! An original key lime pie is a must!! A little pricey at over $20, but let me tell you..I've had a lot of varieties of key lime pie and this seems to be fresh from scratch, not a frozen pie from the store. I believe it was about a 9" pie, but I can't promise that. Can't wait...

We were staying at a beach condo with our 3 month old baby. Going out to eat seemed like such a big hassle. When I saw online that they prepared these boils for up to 8 people for us to cook ourselves, we were sold. We ordered The Crab Pot for two with an extra order of crab legs. They prepared the pot in a reasonable amount of time for us to pick up. The amount of food was perfect for the two of us. They included all of the fixing in the pot with clear cooking instructions, which the lady offered to explain upon pick up. The food was fresh, the flavor was so good, and the price was decent. We would have spent more than what we paid had we gone out to eat, but instead, we were able to chow down in the comfort of our condo where a screaming baby was not causing a stir in public. Cape Fear Boil Company helped my husband and I celebrate our small but absolutely perfect wedding day!! Most of our communication was done via email. The response time was quick and all questions were answered. Due to Covid, there were many changes sometimes multiple in the same day but Ty was always fast to respond and open to any and all changes. On the day of our wedding, the food was cooked and presented in a most timely manner. Knowledge was spread, food was eaten and then clean up was taken care of!! I cannot express enough how wonderful everything was!! All our guests commented on how great the flavor was and what a neat idea it was, especially since we got married on the beach at Fort Fisher!!
