Disappointed with the pharmacy. I called today at 10:57AM to let them know I needed to pick up a prescription. They said it would be ready after 30 minutes and I informed them I would be there after 3PM to which the lady on the phone said “that’s plenty of time”. When my mother and I went by at 4:45PM, they informed me they didn’t even have the medicine and it wouldn’t be ready until Monday afternoon (2.5 days from today). They never called me back or texted me to inform me of this delay at all until we were in the line to pick it up. Communication lacking - especially for a medicine I must take daily.
UPDATE: Called again today and spoke to a woman named Chelsea who said it would definitely be there by 2:30PM today. I informed them again that we would be in by 4:30PM to pickup the medicine. Read moreI called three different times to get help from the pharmacy on an allergic reaction I was having to red dye 40, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then put on hold yet again for another 15 and no one came to the phone. I tried calling to talk to the manager because I didn't understand why no one was answering my call. Then yet again, I was put on hold for another 10 minutes and nobody answered. How disgusting is that for someone who is calling for help. Don't worry though, I had to call 911 because I had no other way to treat my allergic reaction, which literally only required Benadryl and the pharmacist would have been able to provide that information to me, and I have a fractured foot which means I can't drive my car to the pharmacy for help. great job guys and to think I had my stuff transferred there from CVS because I thought it would be more helpful and more convenient. Read moreI’ve been a frequent customer for at least 13yrs, and they’re all so caring and helpful without being intrusive or rude. There have been times where they’re situation makes prescriptions delayed, due to no fault of their own, and on that rare occasion, they go out of their way to fix it, if possible. Unfortunately, after doing anything and everything they can, many upset customers get irrational and choose to go off on the employees and demean the only person who can actually help, which doesn't inspire anyone to try and further assist but instead has the opposite reaction.
