I ordered the 14oz Ribeye, my spouse the Sirloin, both medium. He got his medium well almost well done, and I recived mine rare, I ask for a little more cooking time on the grill and to not throw that cut away,( i hate for food to be tossed) waitress said no problem, but the cooks made me a new one but this time well done. My husband was almost finished my sides were getting cold, so I just ate part of it, was like chewing the bottom of a shoe. But was hungry and was not going to send the food back a 2nd time. My first time at a TRH a few years back ago in Dallas TX, I loved it. So when I heard in PR they were bringing TRH chain here I just couldn't wait. Well I guess I should not kept my hopes up. Our waitress confressed that she didn't know much about steaks and had to ask another employee passing by our table, I asked her you don't know anything about steaks? That's the main reason people come here, she said I almost didn't pass the training. We were like, then, why are you waiting on tables? Returned my grern beans as it had a weird after taste, swapped it for chile( which was cold and not the best). We did enjoy the bread and the appetizers. But the rest, no thank you. Ohh and the famous rodeo saddle thing for those who had a B-Day, boy it was to much yelling from employees for the bday person to get on the saddle. Some people did, while others did not want any part of it but the employeeās kept yelling 'que se monte,que se monte!!' ( ride the saddle repetitively) ....gezzzz No means no. Me return never again. It took 25 minutes just for our waiter to show up to our table. Then another 15 minutes for our drinks and another 25 to get our appetizers. When we got the appetizer the food was cold and wasnāt even what we ordered. When I asked the manager to correct our order he brought us out a half order of the actual appetizer we asked for. When we finally had the correct appetizer it tasted like they fried it in the same oil as fish or something. It was barely edible we had to ask them to take it off the table.
When we got the food we asked for my wife got the pork dinner (which she has ordered the last 50+ times we have been to TRH). When she got it it was mostly fat and essentially inedible.
When I received my own meal I only received one of my sides.
On top of everything, we never even got any refills on any of our drinks.
This is the worst service Iāve ever received at any TRH location. Iām honestly surprised itās still in business at this point. The managers absolutely suck and shouldnāt be employed.
Even after the discounts we received, after speaking to our waitress it still doesnāt make up for the fact that my wife threw up in the parking lot because the food was so horrible.

My wife order the the 16 oz serlion with loaded mash potatos. So before the food came out the waiter came out and told us that only one 16oz so she ask for the 11oz. So our food came out i had the 16oz with a loaded bake potato and i told the waiter that it was a loaded mash potato. He took it back them brought it back in a cop like plate and it appears like they stuffed it in it. My wife got her food with a 11oz sirloin and it look like a 8oz one she told the waiter and he brought the supervisor the supervisor told my wife that it was a 11oz my wife told her no thats a 8oz. So my wife cansel her order to ribs with loaded mash so we waited again. They brought her food but with a loaded bake potato when she had asked for loaded mash potato so we waited again and fanally they got it right. This was a very hurrible expirence for me and family after wating for 2 hours to be sited.
