The host at the front entrance was the only friendly staff member in the whole establishment. After being seated we went to the bathroom and heard the toilet flush as a SERVER walked right out without washing her hands!!!!!! We were ready to order almost immediately and asked for 4 glasses of water our server whose name we did not catch seemed annoyed and said “only bottles for charge” is that okay? We said no tap water is fine. We each ordered something small food came out instantly and was only okay. Then our server brought the bill. We had two gift cards one with $30 on it one with $40 on it and the total Of our bill was something like $50.26 the server asked me what was on them I said one has $40 one has $30. She comes back to the table with one gift card and basically throws it at us saying $10 left (on the gift card). We did not receive a copy of the receipt telling us how much was left on the gift card or anything. (Strange) That math simply does not add up. Do they charge an extra $9 for using a gift card at this location or was our server just ripping us off? Either way we still tipped in cash but we left upset and will never be going back. I will also be filing a...

It was a very disappointing experience. The waiter decided to attend us even though he had a 20+ table and was very busy with it. Because of that, the service was mediocre. We receive the bread sticks like 30+ minutes later. And we paid for the endless soup and salad but ended up eating only once. There was no attention to us. Even the kid's food came like more than 30 minutes late. And for the record, we treated the staff very respectfully as we always do. But we ended up talking to the manager, who was veeeryyyy busy, and I told her I didn't want my plate since it was taking more than an hour. She was like, ok. And it was subtracted from the tab. And nothing else was said to us. No apologies or anything. I told the waiter that he should've given the table to another waiter instead. He said nothing. And we decided to pay $0 in tip. Never visiting them again. Obviously, that's nothing for them as the manager made us think. Ohhh, and they didn't have Aperol in an "Italian"...

Takeout fettuccini with salad, amount is way less than when you go in and eat and you still pay the same. They should modify this price or serve equivalent to what they charge. And they ask for tips, really? Salad is served with dressing, croutons and it is all placed inside the takeout bowl. Look at the quantity. I asked the mgr why and they brought another service bowl to go.

Wow, finding good Italian food in Puerto Rico can feel like searching for buried treasure, right? But this place? It was like striking gold! The food was seriously delicious, and the portions? Forget about it they were generous.
