Pediatric Hair Solutions Raleigh — Attraction in Cary

I recently went to the Cary location and I honestly can't say enough nice things about this place, the employees, and the service they provide! They are just AWESOME!!!!!!! I have 3 kids who have very curly/kinky hair (they are a mix of black & white ethnicity). Last year (before I even heard about this company) my two girls got lice from school. I had attempted to tackle the daunting task of trying to get rid of the little buggers myself. Needless to say, I had to try MULTIPLE products and even had to resort to getting a prescription from their pediatrician for some oral medicine. I HATED even the thought of all of the chemicals that I had used on their heads. What makes it even worse was that it took me a minimum of 2-4 hours per child every day just to do a proper, thorough comb out because of the kind of hair they have and the fact that it is down past their butts. That's 4-8 hours of combing each day!!!!! And I did this for 3-4 weeks straight! The stress that this put me through really took a toll on me physically and mentally. I was exhausted and crying every day by the time my hairstylist told me about Pediatric Hair Solutions.

This year, we got struck with it again! Only this time it was a completely different story! I called Pediatric Hair Solutions right away!!!! They checked all of our heads and found that myself, my daughter, and my son had those nasty little buggers! They treated us right away! I thank God for this place! They used the AirAlle device on our heads which destroyed all of those nits. Then we followed up with our post soak treatments. Michelle and her staff are wonderful!!! Because of my previous experience with these buggers last year, I get pretty anxious and freaked out whenever I see a nit. Michelle was there MULTIPLE times for me to reassure me and answer any, and all, questions I had! The staff checked multiple samples of nits that I brought in and showed me under the microscope that they were ALL destroyed by the AirAlle device. I can say with ABSOLUTE CONFIDENCE that their product and services really work!!!! I would never have been able to even treat my sons hair without their services because a nit comb won't even go through his kinky hair. First of all, anyone who knows me can vouch at the fact of what a clean freak I am. My house, myself, my family,etc. Unfortunately, lice happened to my daughter and I know she got it from school. I have never dealt with this before, I never had it, growing up, and this was a first for anyone in my family. Needless to say, I freaked!! I immediately gave my daughter a treatment at home (luckily she was the only one who had it, and we managed it to keep it that way), but I wasn't at ease that this nightmare was over yet. I called Pediatric Hair Solutions after researching on the internet, and hearing their ad on the radio. Michelle was awesome! She immediately made me feel at ease. I told her where I was thus far, and she suggested we start to put my worries at rest with bringing my daughter in for a head check. If she was negative, we would have to go no further. If she was positive, Michelle would go over with me options for treatment. Well, we all got checked. We were all negative, except for my daughter...So we chose to follow the airalle treatment and we were immediately guaranteed that my daughter was lice and nit free coming out of the facility. We went home, continued our cleaning and carrying out regimen for our home so we didn't risk any re-infestation. Went back for our final scheduled head check and my daughter was clear. Worth every penny!! I've also tried to submit the charge to my insurance company for reimbursement..Fingers crossed... All I can say is this facility is a reputable and legitimate facility that will make your life a lot easier when having to deal with this. I highly recommend this to anyone, even before doing any at home treatments. Michelle and all of her staff are true...

Lice has always been a HUGE fear of mine! I dreaded every time the “letter” came home from school saying there was a case in my kids’ classrooms. Last month the letter came home, and less than a week later my youngest was itchy! I checked her head and confirmed that she had lice. I called Michelle FREAKING out, and she calmed me down.
