Upon entering, you are welcomed with a very strong, unpleasant odor. I literally, no exaggeration, took one step into the seafood area and the oder was so strong that I had to backup and fight the strong and immediate response to vomit. No exaggeration at all. I had to stop and catch my breath to keep from vomiting from the awful odor. Their items are priced higher than normal. I would never purchase any food items packaged within the store due to the odor which tells you that they are not sanitary or very clean. On a positive note, the women that I asked questions regarding certain items were very helpful and very friendly. They easily directed me to what I was looking for. In my opinion, this place is only good for prepackaged items if it is your only choice. This place would deter anyone from shopping at an Asian market if this were the first time visiting one. It is absolutely disgusting...

Could have gotten my stuff free. The cashiers were confused as heck when they gave me a receipt and bid me a nice day... But I stood there and said I hadn't paid yet. They even got the manager involved, and she was confused because they thought the person who paid before me which was $50 less was a partial payment for my stuff. I told her I haven't paid for anything yet, and was just trying to pay for my groceries. Once that was settled I was able to purchase my stuff and go.
Honestly, I don't blame them for it... It just keeps happening to me. Either people think they already charged me or they will forget to scan a high price item. LoL
I just mark it down a star because it is nowhere near the quality and...
Read moreThey used to be good and carried nice, fresh produce. Lately, I’ve noticed things that I buy, only half would be useable. For instance, vegetables in bags look fresh, so I buy a bag or two, but when I get home and dump them in a bowl to wash, the inner half would all be old and yellowed. So I had to pick those out and dump them. This is extremely deceptive. Some vegetables are quite expensive, so I’m literally paying double per pound. Also, the refrigerated meats, half of a package would be nice and fresh the other half would be old and putrid. It’s probably better to sell just frozen meat. I won’t buy the refrigerated ones again. I’ve been a customer ever since they opened, now I may have to go out of my way to shop at other Asian markets. Only because they are convenient to me and also have a lot of dried goods, I’m going to give them another...
