Words can't express my appreciation for Ms. Shiobhan giving my son the best 6th birthday party! Ms. Shiobhan had the kids cracking up and engaged the entire hour. Thanks to Mr. Sean in his special guest appearance too!! She was patient and incredible and redirecting a group of 4-6 yead olds. Every kid had a blast and the intimate atmosphere made all the kids so engaged and excited to learn. I feel lucky I stumbled upon science safari for the birthday party and can't wait to come back to go shopping in their store and take an after-school class! The birthday party was easy to sign up for and the party itself was stress free for us. They took care of everything from snacks to cupcakes to juice to cleanup! I stopped in today seeing the sign and ended up being quite surprised. In the age of Amazon it’s really easy to just order something for your kid online and I walked in not expecting much more than a toy store with an uninterested clerk, but I was very wrong. The guy running the store took time to thoughtfully explain and walk through options for a telescope, taking care to not over sell or just push a product. I’m not sure what the background of the people running this store is, but they clearly care and know what they’re talking about. It’s worth it to buy from places like this and support businesses who actually take the time to be experts in what they do. I don't know why I haven't made my way into this awesome little shop sooner! I was with my 11 year old and we were looking for some gifts. We were immediately helped (by the owner possibly) who enthusiastically showed us the different areas of the store. My son kept himself busy while I found the perfect things. There was a class in the backroom going on and the kids, as well as the woman running it, were having a blast. The toys/games are mostly hands on learning type.
