HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I highly reccomend this place to anyone interested in being taken care of in fast, friendly, and professional manner. After stopping at shop in Apex and having a bad experience upon being offered $30 for 4 rings total, 1 10k gold ring with large sapphires and real diamonds which were very small, and 3 sterling silver rings, I searched on Google for a shop a little further out. I learned to never go to the closest place to my house! First time at Jewel Recycle and they provided a very professional experience with calibrated professional equipment and an overall good turnout with the results of price and further knowledge on gems and metals.The Jewelry Recycling shop gave true knowledge on pieces I've had for years and keeps up on the price in the gold value market and only pays for diamonds when it comes to Gems, she subtracted the weight of the sapphires and small diamonds in the ring and gave me a realistic estimate when it comes to the breakdown of the piece instead of the appearance and popularity of the arrangement itself considering it all gets melted down later on since it is after all a jewelry recycling company. I have been going here now for about a month, with a few visits, I have Jaclyn (I know probably spelled that wrong sorry!!!) every time I been there. She is the most friendliest person I have ever met. She didn’t belittle me for having some costume jewelry, but actually educated me, and told me what pieces were gold, and costume jewelry. She explained how some pieces that have little diamonds have higher value, how silver plated, gold, gold filled, silver, and each metal all have different worths, and also explained about different watch values. She always informed me and asked for consent before cutting any jewelry apart, and walked me through the entire process, she is an expert in her field, highly knowledgeable, and extremely good at what she does. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 starts isn’t enough to express my experience with this establishment, or Jaclyn’s excellent service, because it’s an understatement of what they provide here, they deserve all the praise, and they should all get a high raise! I was looking for awhile where to go to sell my jewelry and some coins. I have to say if you aren’t sure where to go to sell yours, JewelRecycle is definitely the place. I had tins of jewelry and I knew it would take some time to go through them all. The two women who helped me were so patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward - explaining and showing me what pieces were valuable and why some weren’t, which I found very interesting. Everything was done right in front of me. They made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed our conversations while there, (I was there alittle over 2 hours, (I had a lot), and in no way did I feel rushed or that they were rushing what they were doing. The amount I received was more than what I expected. The whole experience was interesting. The store itself is very comfortable.
