Looked at the weekly ad online and chose to head to this store. Walked around and grabbed the items i wanted and headed to the checkout. All 3 items rang up higher than expected. The 12 ears of corn rang up 19 cents higher each then the ad, the red potatoes rang up 79 cents higher and the 2 bottles of soda (that were marked on the package as 99 cents) rang up 20 cents higher. I then questioned why they did not ring up as the sale price. I got a blank look from the cashier. I then asked if she had an ad that we could look at and she said no. I asked her she didn’t have an ad that their customers could look at and she said no again. She then turned and asked another cashier to talk with me. I voiced my concerns with the prices and she explain each Bravo Market is independently owned and they do not have to follow the sale prices. Nowhere on the online ad/site does it specify what stores the ad is for. Wasted time and gas trying to shop at this store for advertised sale items....
Read moreI have always been a client of bravos located in colonial, however, this was my first time at this location and my last one. Anyway, I was familiar with the old Latin American trick to steal by creating conversation, however, it is the first time it happens to me. BE CAREFUL if you shop in this place, check everything before leaving the store. will never go back to this location again. Fortunately, there are other places where I can get the same items and even for a...

I pointed it out to the girl serving food and asked for a manager. She told me no manager was on shift—just three employees in the whole store.
What really bothered me was that while discussing it with the other two employees, they were laughing and giggling like it was a joke. I even asked what was funny, because there’s nothing humorous about a roach near food people are supposed to eat. The lack of urgency and professionalism was disturbing. I won’t be eating from their hot food section again—and honestly, after that experience, I’m not in a hurry to return to the...
