Waffle House — Restaurant in Casselberry

I'm only giving a one star because I can't call to speak to management to fix this problem. I live too far. I ordered two meals. Two grand slams. Both waffles were supposed to be crispy but they were not at all. I had cheese grits on one and then cheese hash extra crispy with cheese for the other. The cheese grits were perfect but the hash was dry with no cheese. I ordered regular toast on one and raisin on the other. I asked for the eggs scrambled on both and then asked for bacon extra crispy on both. I explained I am vegetarian and do not eat meat and to place the bacon with the hash meal and not the grits meal because that is mine. I said I just take her eggs and my friend can have my bacon. Well I couldn't eat my eggs or raisin bread because they put the bacon on it. I also didn't eat my waffles because they were not cooked all of the way. So I was able to eat the grits which was good and the eggs that didn't have bacon, but that's it. My friend ate half the bacon and went ahead and ate her waffle but we wouldn't have eaten any of it, but you can't even call the waffle House because they have a recorder that is on loop. They were nice there but nice isn't enough. We literally are throwing out all of this food and it's ridiculous that something so simple was...

To start off, my mom (who is handicapped) and I walked in and instead of getting a friendly "welcome to Waffle House!" Like the other customers with no disabilities, we got dirty stares and snickering. We took a seat at a table and it was dirty. Then this lady comes over and asks us what we wanted to drink and we told her what we would like and she seemed okay, until she left us for a good 10 minutes without taking our order. We sat there and watched her have a laugh with her co workers. We would understand if she was doing something productive and work related, but she was sitting there having a conversation with her co workers. I guess she finally remember about us and came back over to take our order. And we waited a decent amount of time and our food came out. Now this is what you really go for, the food. It was awful. My mom ordered a waffle with some eggs and it was nothing like it should taste. The waffle was all soggy and gross. Then I had ordered a chicken bacon burger and It was terrible. The buns couldn't hold the burger and when you tried to cut it to eat the knife barely made it half way through the meat and the bun had dissolved. Honestly, I recommend you just take your money and go someplace like ihop or Bob Evans....

I come to this waffle House 4 or more times a month Always good service and good food except for tonight I was there around 7 pm were a few tables there some had food already the waitress took a order then took my to go order I paid for it right away and gave her a $5 tip she called out the other tables order while I was ordering my food another table walked in she took the first table there food took the other tables order who just walked in then got people refills wrote out another tables bill out the whole time not calling my order out the cook had enough time to step outside twice finally my order was called out somewhat she didn't call out the sausage I ordered or that I got grits with one breakfast so the side of hash browns were put in the breakfast that was to get grits to make it worse after waiting all that time i waited she never told the cook the double side of hash browns were to have cheese, mushrooms,and onions she then only said cheese and onions so i had to wait even longer for the mushrooms i have been cooking 30 years and by FAR she is the worst server i had ever seen i wanted to ask for my $5 back again the worst server ever if she is there again when i go in ill leave and go to bob evens she should...
