My first experience an it will be my last an I would not recommend Tulsa RV. I am from out of state an yes it's quite frustrating . But that's when you put your trust in someone. Big mistake. I found this trailer on Rv trader. Trying to find something I know I could afford an truly liked an what I was looking for. I have worked hard to have credit. So I clicked bottom price an it said to call in which I did an I was forwarded to a sales man Micheal. We spoke he said he was gonna go check an return my call. That was great. Within 15 minutes I got a call from anther salesman John. He stated I had sent in a inquiry on so called trailer an we spoke an I asked what happen to Micheal an he said you already spoke to someone I said yes an he said they would work it out. So now I am dealing with John. I filled out for financing an let him know thru email. Called him which was on a Friday he said he was looking over it an asked a few questions how much I was putting an down an so forth. Fine he stated he would call me back well no call. He said it was the weekend an they were busy an so forth. I called Monday or Tuesday to give him time an over weekend sent an email wanting to know if it was approved because I had a HARD INQUIRY now on my credit. I just would like any type of answer. Still no answer. Then I called an he stated there was a problem with the title. He was gonna go check an call me . Well no call back again. So I gave it a day an called back an he is not at work. Needless to say I tried to talk with the finance person an was never able to an to talk with anyone whom might help. Finally I spoke with John an was the tilted was a salvage title. This has caused a lot of stress an shattered hopes. Now I have this hard inquiry on my credit an I will not do business here. I am relocating to Oklahoma an this was a hope for a trailer to make lasting experiences with my grandbabies. I have tried to build my credit an now what am I to do because you just can not keep having inquiries. Even for me to get an apartment so yes I am truly upset an disgusted. I am left with no returns calls an just plain horrible service. I might not be able to visit but that's no way to treat someone. An still have had no calls to try an help with any other trailer. From Mississippi an you just really shattered some hopes! I could go on but I will not you get the point horrible. An please do not try an put this on me an do not respond with sharing any of my information an there really should not be cause I still have no response except no response that I could of got a trailer. Except the...
Read moreWe purchased a 2023 Coachman Sportscoach in August 2023. Tulsa RV was 4 hours from our house. We explained to the salesman of the prior experience we had with a different company, and stated several times we did not one a bad experience with Tulsa RV. We were told emphatically we would not have issues. Our first week long trip we had several large failures, including, microwave door breaking, bolt through floor in bedroom area, water leaks and a few smaller items. We took the RV to Tulsa RV in December 2023. I was told it would be two weeks to make the needed repairs. Called numerous times and would be told they were short handed and could not work on mine. Went to Tulsa RV on Feb 19 2024 to check on camper. Was told it was ready. On inspection it was not ready. Was told the bolt through floor was corrected and the floor was repaired in the defect areas. Was told that the manufacturer approved a new microwave, but Tulsa RV took part from different camper and put in mine. The floor was nor repaired as the flooring company stated that they repaired it. To this day it is still not repaired. I made numerous calls to Tulsa and requested to speak to owner of business, and was denied every time. To this day I have not had the business owner call me. I have left messages to have calls returned, am still waiting on those calls. I had the bolt come back through the floor again. The certified repair person showed me where wood putty was put on top of bolt and that was Tulsa RVs repair. With all of the unresolved issues and failure of owner call I made calls to Coachmen SRS class a corporate office. I spoke to Scott the customer service manager. I was informed we could bring the RV to Indiana to have it looked at by the factory technicians. They would only cover authorised factory warranties. We spent a large amount of money and now we have had to pay for repairs. We have been neglected by Tulsa RV and Coachmen. Once you have made the purchase and money or financing has been secured you are no longer important to Tulsa RV...
Read moreBuyer beware! We were lied to and ripped off. We found a 2020 Cruiser fifth wheel on their website at a great price. When we went to look at it they said it was sold, but they had a 2021 Cruiser for a bit more available. We purchased it. Turns out ours is a 2020, which I learned when paying the tag.
Reply to response: I started the whole process with the impression you were selling us a 2021 due to what our salesman told us. Never was it said differently. The paperwork was done hastily because I had a rushed schedule. Therefore I didn’t check to make sure truth was being told on all things. There are not any big year stickers as you say. One sticker says it was made in March 2020, but that can be true for a 2021 model as well. The camper we purchased vin doesn’t match any that were on the website. You didn’t want to give the advertised price online, so you lied. It’s not something I expected to be falsified, but I know better now. I have tried to speak with both my salesman and your sales manager, both haven’t responded back. I hope this negative feedback helps other buyers be more cautious of your tricks.
Reply to updated response: We only looked at 1 camper. Don’t play the I got confused game. We were told flat out it’s a 2021 by the salesman. There isn’t a sticker on it that says what year model it is, just the year it’s made. You should know this. I didn’t check to verify I was being sold a 2021, because I believed it to be true. Its not like my bank reads the paperwork off, you just check the prices are right and sign. After finally speaking to one of your sales managers he informed me that because I didn’t print the original online ad for the 2020 I can’t prove anything. He told me it’s a he said she said deal and since our salesman doesn’t work there anymore there’s nothing they can do. Funny...
