Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Catoosa

This was horrible! Like I decided to try the deep pan pizza thinking maybe they wouldn't be stupid but nope they got mad I ordered 2 hours before closing? I understand if it's 20 minutes before closing but come on! I will never order from here again. My kids were very upset. If we don't ask for extra cheese they give like no cheese. If I ask for extra cheese they put triple cheese on here. I was an assistant Manager for Dominos and papa johns for years and this is triple cheese get out of here!!! You can't do this to a pizza or cheesesticks. It makes it nasty! So I normally spend about 80 bucks on my order but last night I just got 1 pizza two cheesesticks and wings. Wings were super tiny and everything else was caked in cheese. They need to measure and not freestyle it!!! Super stupid I will have to either go pickup Dominos in tulsa or order something from doordash. Although the food was decent, not great, I won't return to this location. I had called in an order for pickup and when I arrived the girl was bagging an order. I asked, "is that for *?" She snapped back a sharp "no" then walked it to the drive-thru window. Then walked back to the register (where I was standing) and turned to chit chat with the other workers. They had a full conversation on how warm it was in the kitchen vs the drive thru.... seriously lol (they work in a kitchen with ovens) No one asked me anything or even acknowledged I was there....3 feet from two of them and up to 6 feet from the other two. I interrupted by asking "hey, does anyone know if the order for * is ready?" The first girl said "yeah, it's right here. " then rang it in, bagged it, gave me the change, and asked if I wanted the receipt. I replied no and just took my bagged food and walked out. I had stood there long enough to consider just leaving and driving down the street...

Okay, let me just say I have tried more than a couple times to enjoy a meal here for lunch and I am finally done hoping things will improve. First off, if you have an early lunch this is somewhere you absolutely do not want to come too. They don't even have fresh, hot food at 11:05am and that's just a few minutes after their "buffet" supposedly opens. Every time I am there, they have cold pizza and bread sticks, if they have any type of selection at all. Oddly enough they always have the same EXACT pizzas prepared that are never touched, or mostly gone. I am really beginning to wonder if they cook what the employees themselves like to eat and apparently haven't noticed NO ONE TOUCHES THE OTHER KINDS.
