We ate here Sunday evening 11/14/21. We were greeted and seated fairly quickly close to the front door. Our server arrived not long after and was very friendly. We ordered margaritas and they arrived (by server) not long after. They were excellent. We gave our food order and the server was kind and patient while we were trying to teach our daughter (age 8) to speak up and order.

This is where the wheels kind of fell off the bus. It took a while for our food to arrive which is fine, we weren’t in any big hurry. We did run out of drinks not long before the food arrived so we asked the young lady to please tell our server we were ready for a Coke refill and another round of margaritas. No one came. There were what appeared to be 2 hostesses and a different server at the hostess station laughing and playing on their phones. Our server seemed to be running from table to table helping guests but didn’t make it up to us. At least 3 or 4 occasions staff came to chat and visit with the 2 young men across the aisle from us. I don’t know if they worked there and were eating off duty, were the owner’s kids, or what but they and the staff were having a fine time doing everything except serving guests. Finally half way though dinner, my partner carried our glasses up to the bar and the bartender asked if we didn’t want these empty glasses anymore or what to which he replied, “We’d like refills.” A man in a button down shirt brought our drinks back and no sooner had he dropped them off than he went to the fella’s next door and started laughing and talking again. Still our server was running in circles behind us. We finished our dinner and our server brought us boxes after checking on us. As we walked out, the manager had walked to and was the only one at the hostess station. He never looked up. Didn’t say a word. My partner yelled back in to him as we were clearing the first set of doors out for him to have a nice night and we left.

This is clearly a failure of management. What a waste of time and labor for this business. If you’re going to have staff there, take care of all your customers. It...

We were on the road and after driving 500+ miles just wanted to sit down and have a quick meal and a glass of wine. We arrived at this location at about 8:50 PM. Their closing time was 10 PM. Upon arrival, we waited about 5 minutes at the unattended front desk until an employee came up and said she was sorry but there were no tables available which was really confusing because we could see plenty of empty tables. We then asked if we could get a quick bite at the bar instead? She looked uncomfortable and said she would check with her bartender. Note that there were several couples seated at the bar eating but plenty of empty seats. She was gone for several minutes but we could see her and 2 other employees huddled together in a discussion. She finally came back and told us that her bartender was not willing to take any more customers! We were floored! It was still an hour till closing time. They serve pasta for goodness sakes, not 4 course 5 star meals. We have never been made to feel so unwelcome at any restaurant in our lives and for no good reason. We were dressed well and it wasn't as though we were some unsavory looking characters. Needless to say, we will be sure to tell everyone to avoid Olive Garden at all costs...

Took my wife to your restaurant last night hoping for a nice meal. First, we waited almost 15 minutes after being seated before a server came to take our drink order, which was simply water. Then, another 10 minutes to get it. Then about that same amount of time for him to return to take our order. Then, we waited and waited. Our server finally returned and said he'd put it the wrong dinners for us and had to resubmit the order and it would be a little longer wait. When he brought the dinners out, he got my wife's order incorrect. My wife ordered the rigatoni with very light meat sauce but the noodles were swimming in sauce. She informed him that it was supposed to be easy sauce and he said that's what he ordered so that was correct. No apology and it was dripping in meat sauce. She couldn't eat it and I took it home in a box. We asked for water refills 3 times before he brought more, yet he passed our table 4-5 times as if we weren't even there. Then, our table kiosk wasn't taking my payment and a manager determined that the server had keyed our order into the kiosk at a table across the room. I would have talked to the manager but she was busy taking care of a problem at the table behind us. ...

disappointed in the service:( was there for approximately an hour and 15 minutes, give or take, and we were checked on maybe 3 times organically (aka when it wasn’t to finally bring us something we had previously asked for.) our drinks were empty for 80%+ of our visit, same goes for our soup, salad, and breadsticks. the other tables our waiter was taking care of got their refills more often than us- we were checking for him- for every visit we got, the other 3 tables got 2-3. we ordered when we were sat- we knew what we were going for. in our ~1.25 hours there we bussed our own table three times. we ordered one of the endless alfredo dipping sauces for our breadsticks- but we only got two baskets of them the whole time we were there. we asked for them multiple times, but he brought us soup and dipping sauce with no breadsticks twice. every time he finally checked on us we had to order a round of soup, breadsticks, dipping sauce, and drinks in the hopes that we would get a couple of those things. horrible service, ruined my day and my husband’s. didn’t even have the comfort of breadsticks. :( (and don’t even speculate- of course i tipped. even if you suck at your job you have to pay your bills.)

We attended the soft opening on Saturday evening. The building is brand new, modern and impressive. I ordered the lasagna frita as a starter and it was prepared to perfection. Our salad and breadsticks were also perfect. I ordered my usual Olive Garden order and definitely was NOT disappointed. The eggplant slices in my eggplant parmesan were wonderfully tender but flavorful and the breading and seasoning were amazing. My accompanying spaghetti was perfectly al dente and the marinara sauce was wonderful also. This was definitely the best ever visit to any Olive Garden and I plan to make a return visit very soon.

Food was good and it was also ready on time. I'm not a big soup person but the chicken and gnocchi was very good. The chicken tortellini wasn't bad also but portion size was a tad small. Could do without the two breadsticks, theirs are pretty awful. One star taken away due to no napkins besides the one in with the silverware. Even if I didn't have this awesome beard and mustache one napkin isn't enough, with it one napkin doesn't go far. 3 more stars taken away due to ordering process. They do not give the option to pay at store with cash, only way to order online is with a credit card.
