Hotel is decently clean, modern & location is conveniently near major stores like Walmart, Ross, Hard Rock Casino & other fast food restaurants. Hotel is also 10 minutes away from the airport. The hotel also works with the casino transporting guest back & forth with their free shuttle. The hotel includes laundry room for $4 to wash & dry—hotel provides detergent, complimentary breakfast, 24hr gym with fresh towels & water fountain, small pool, computer & printer, mini snack/market area with complimentary iced water in the lobby (not bottled, but you can refill with a bottle if you want). Rooms come with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee/tea. The first room (pictured) was great however the battery for the key reader died 3 hours into my stay, inconveniently causing me to move to a different room when I had already settled in. The key cards kept giving us issues, but staff was helpful and gave new ones each time. The front desk staff was very accommodating, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay & allowed for an early check in. I also noticed however that not all double queen beds rooms are created “equal”. Let me explain: I noticed that the 2nd room I was placed in had a shower curtain instead of glass doors (not an issue, but different) and other rooms had the shower curtain rack nailed so high that the bottom of the curtain didn’t reach the tub causing water to spill out while showering. (I guess this depends on your luck —and is definitely a construction issue during the early stages of building). Some towel handles were not sturdy. Beds were soft & comfy, but pillows were definitely flat after laying on them for about 10-15 minutes. Most of the sheets & pillow cases had more than usual scrud stains and for some reason the smoke detector on the ceiling was wrapped in a plastic bag—not sure why. Noise: Hotel was quiet and noise was kept to a low. Hotel also offers black out curtains. Breakfast was decent, and there was a good selection of baked goods, fresh fruit, and drinks. I enjoyed that almost everything was wrapped individually so guest could bring some on the go if needed. Tip: Instead of buying water, bring a water bottle and refill water in the gym (open 24/7). Rooms do not come with complimentary bottled water. Overall stay: 4/5 Cleanliness: 4/5 Comfort: 4/5 Staff: 5/5 Location: 5/5

New Fairfield in Catoosa. Or as the business card says, "1st Marriot in Catoosa". Greeted with a smile and the most polite counter person I have ever experienced. Hotel is new and very nice. Stay was 6/4/21-6/6/21 Room- -Air Conditioning- Friedrich PTAC in room. In my experience traveling I haven't had a room that was not comfortable with a Friedrich in the space. Very quiet easy to operate with the easy read thermostat on the wall. -Bed- Kingsize, large and comfortable. Slept very well. -TV- Nice flat screen Samsung. Remote only worked for Channel and Volume so couldn't access the guide. But my stay was only two nights and TV wasn't the priority. -Bathroom- Clean and Modern -Pool- Pool was nice but freezing cold. Not sure why considering its indoor. -Breakfast- Still Covid protocol breakfast. So cold Jimmy Dean biscuit or muffin. Location was well suited to get in and out of Tulsa with minimal effort. Hard Rock Casino is right across the street. But best of all is the Waffle House. Bottom line- If your going to be in the area this is a great hotel.

BEDBUGS! BEWARE!!! We stayed here for to be closer to airport for am flight with kiddos. Aside from disastrous check in, we are all covered in bed bug bites. I am familiar with hospitality procedure and law. I politely gave staff 3 chance to rectify this. I left 3 messages for the manager to contact me. My last phone call the receptionist was horribly rude, denied my request to speak with a manager and refused any steps towards ramifications. So I will be leaving pictures here as well as trip advisor. Room 204 , Sept 17th. I had to take my kids to Disney covered in bed bug bites thanks to this hotels negligence. And found out that I am apparently allergic to them. So fun. EPA and formal Health Department Complaint filed. I was not the one to leave high and dry on an issue like this. Enjoy the pics! No previous bites, no new bites since leaving. Just a rough, itchy trip to Disney and lots of money to buy new clothes for everyone.

I am a very frequent traveler and I like to do my research before I go to an area I do not typically stay in. I had searched several sites and looked at many reviews and was pleased with the cost and reviews shared about this property. However, my experience wasn't the best or anything to rave about.

The positives I would share are that the property itself and the space inside are very pretty. I believe it is a newer hotel but either way, it's a very nice-looking property. The location is also great. It is not so close to the highway that noise is an issue but highway access is very fast from this location. There are also a lot of places all around the hotel that are great if you need to make a quick store run or grab something to eat. There is also a casino very close by if that is your type of thing. Our room was very big compared to some other places I've stayed so it was nice to have extra space for our family. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom had great lighting. The fitness center had a nice variety of equipment choices.

Now, the things that weren't great. My two biggest frustrations and disappointments in this experience were the staff experiences and cleanliness (or actually uncleanliness) of this property. As I shared, this space is beautiful but cleaning did not seem like a priority. There were smudged fingerprints all over the elevator buttons the entire stay and the fitness equipment had the same. And it wasn't like it had just happened. You could tell it hadn't been wiped in some time. The bathroom in our room was also not well cleaned. You could see obvious dirt in our shower and on the bathroom floor. It left our feet dirty. Yuck. I will also throw in that the pillows in the room are AWFUL. They are soft but not in a good way. There is ZERO support for your head and neck. The reason for disappointment in staff experiences was that there was just zero feeling of a welcoming environment and no one greeted or talked to us throughout our whole experience. In most properties, staff will greet you when you come in or if they pass you in a space, but not here. Not even a look up and smile. When we checked in, we were given nothing but our cards. No nice, friendly hello; no smile; no information about amenities, no breakfast time, no check-out time, and no directions to our room. It was the most basic experience and while staff wasn't flat out rude, they didn't go out of their way to make you feel even...

Came into town with my daughter on a Saturday night for a training she was attending nearby on Sunday. There was a big event at the casino in town and many of the accommodations were already taken. We were excited that is was in a populated area and walking distance to the casino which we had planned as our main entertainment. The location did not disappoint - it was perfect.

We found this hotel and it looked nice so we booked. The rooms overall are nice. Not fantastic but nice. Our room was very clean and tidy. The bathroom has upscale toiletry offerings which felt fancy. We had 2 queen beds and both beds were comfy :)

Things I didn't love - no safe in the room, air and heat kept going on and off, closet was in an awkward spot. Fridge wouldn't get cold to keep my leftovers I brought. This was odd, I called for service and they said "oh it's cold, it's not intended to keep items overnight". Then why would it be in the room? TBF the attendant offered to store my food downstairs but that is very inconvenient if I want a 1am snack when I get back from the casino... This room was lacking outlets. The outlet under the tv would not accept a phone charger and there were no outlets convenient to the beds. Usually I charge my phone while I sleep. To do that my phone would have to be across the room. Did not like that. Breakfast felt premade and not that tasty. I was happy they had the waffle maker and fruit options.

Overall this hotel felt safe. The open areas and going to our room. There were no cleaning concerns. And the employees were doing the best they could (there were minor issues but they really tried).

This may be your best option in the area, but the price is a bit high for what you...
