Honestly was not in the mood to go shopping for a bed but my daughter is about to have a baby & we decided that I need to have a bed over there to help her with My New Grandbaby. My Daughter made an appointment they got us in right away. My Daughter & Her Husband Had Bought A Bed From MBA & they R absolutely in love with it. My daughter raved about These two ladies. Our appointment was at 6:30 and by 6:45 I was in my car with the bed and now that’s all set and ready to go. Who know I would actually have a great time finding a bed. I completely wish that I could give 20 stars. You are wasting your time if you go anywhere else. And I should know I bought all my beds from another place and did not think anybody could top them and I’m completely blown away. Great deals great payment plans great. I am a happy grandma Who will now be able to spend all the time in the world with my grandbaby because they made it easy and the prices are ridiculous. Thank you guys so much I’ll be back in a year When I need a new bed for my home....

I had never heard of this local company but decided to try it out. I am SO glad I did!!! This was by far the best experience I have ever had! Katie was so amazing to work with. I had my appointment and knew what I wanted but we had to leave for a dinner reservation. She said she’d come back later that night if I wanted her to. Well I came home to talk with my husband and while he was unsure, I knew what I wanted. Katie kept in contact that night & the next morning. She wanted me to have this bed as much as I did! We talked through what I wanted and why I wanted it. She even took the time to ask me about our special dinner we had the night before 🥰 Katie went above & beyond to help me go through the process and the next day after the appointment I came home with a new bed & power frame! I even told my friends & family about it as I knew my dad was looking for a new bed too. My husband loves that it’s soft but firm. And now my son wants one just like it! my husband and I have completely different needs for a mattress..we got an appointment and went to "Mattress by Appointment", I just wanted to thank Katie, again for her patience and for taking the time to help us find the right mattress. You really made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. the by appointment only made shopping less stressful. we didnt have other customers watching and listening to OUR NEEDS...we had her full attention not only while we were there checking the options,but before..she was ready with what I had explained before the we walked thru the door; and since we were the only customers; (because its only by appointment), we had her FULL ATTENTION the whole time..
